EONJOE 8oz Meal Prep Containers 1-Cup, 12-Pack – Stackable, Leak-Resistant Twist Lids

EONJOE 8oz Small Plastic Freezer Food Containers are a stackable, BPA-free set of 12 twist-top cups made for portioned meal prep, freezing, reheating, and reliable leakproof storage.

These 1-cup (8 oz) round containers are crafted from food-grade PP5 plastic and include matching lids that twist on for a tight seal. Designed to nest when empty and stack when filled, the set aims to simplify kitchen organization, support portion control, and give you a versatile container that works in the freezer, microwave, and dishwasher. The containers are odorless and safe for everyday use, from sauces and soups to snacks and yogurt.

How do these containers help with meal prep and portion control?

The 8 oz capacity is sized to hold a single serving or condiment, which makes it straightforward to portion out snacks, dressings, or meal components. Using uniform 1-cup containers reduces waste and makes tracking servings easier during weekly meal planning.

• Perfect 1-cup servings for snacks, sides, or single portions.
• Uniform sizing simplifies labeling and storage in the fridge or freezer.
• Clear sides let you see contents at a glance for quick meal assembly.

Are these containers safe for freezer, microwave, and dishwasher use?

Yes — the PP5 (polypropylene) construction is commonly used for reusable food containers because it tolerates low and moderate high temperatures without leaching. You can freeze prepared meals, reheat on low power in the microwave, and clean them on the top rack of a dishwasher.

• Freezer safe for long-term meal storage and batch cooking.
• Microwave safe for reheating; remove lid or vent before heating.
• Dishwasher safe for easy cleanup — place on the top rack.

Will the twist-top lids keep liquids from leaking during transport?

The twist-top lids are designed to form an airtight, leak-resistant seal that helps prevent spills when carrying sauces, soups, or dressings. For vigorous shaking or upside-down transport, double-check the lid fit and use an extra-secure outer bag if needed.

• Twist-on lids reduce the chance of spills in lunch bags and coolers.
• Airtight closure helps maintain freshness and slows odor transfer.
• Recommended for liquids but use a secondary container for heavy pressure transport.

How do these containers save space and stay organized in a busy kitchen?

The clever nestable and stackable design means the cups take up minimal cabinet space when empty and form stable stacks when filled. That layout makes them ideal for pantries, fridge shelves, and meal-prep stations where countertop and shelf real estate are limited.

• Stackable when filled to maximize fridge and freezer space.
• Nestable when empty for compact storage in cabinets or drawers.
• Uniform shape fits conveniently on shelving and in lunchboxes.
