EliteSRS Elite Jumps 6mm PVC Jump Rope — 10ft Adjustable, 5" White Handles, Reinforced Cord

The Elite Jumps 6mm PVC Jump Rope is a durable, adjustable skipping rope with 6mm cord and 5" white handles built for both beginners and experienced jumpers.

Designed by EliteSRS with input from competitive jump coaches, this skipping rope pairs a thicker 6mm PVC cord with an inner reinforcement for long-lasting use across indoor and outdoor surfaces. The rope ships at 10 feet total length and includes snap-lock ends so you can quickly resize for your height; 5-inch handles deliver secure grip and control during high-tempo workouts, freestyle practice, or warmups.

How does the 6mm PVC cord affect my workout?

The thicker 6mm cord adds more presence and mild resistance compared with very thin speed ropes, helping you time rotations and feel each turn. It still spins smoothly for double-unders and single-unders while offering better durability on rough ground.

• 6mm PVC with inner string for strength and wear resistance.
• Noticeable weight for rhythm and control during practice.
• Suitable for concrete, gym floors, and pavement.

Can I adjust the length to fit my height?

Yes — the rope comes pre-cut at 10 feet and uses snap-lock cord ends that let you shorten it quickly without tools. Trim excess cord, secure the snap-lock, and test a few jumps to confirm the perfect length for comfortable rotation and foot clearance.

• 10-foot starting length to accommodate tall users and coaches.
• Snap-lock ends enable tool-free resizing in minutes.
• Extra cord can be trimmed and stored or replaced if needed.

What do the 5-inch white handles offer?

The 5-inch handles balance control and compactness for fast wrist-driven rotations while remaining long enough for a secure two- or one-handed grip. The smooth white finish resists sweat and simplifies cleaning after heavy sessions.

• 5" length for a secure, ergonomic hold and wrist control.
• Lightweight handle to keep the rope responsive at speed.
• Creamy white color for a clean studio or gym aesthetic.

Will this rope survive outdoor use and frequent training?

Elite Jumps ropes use a reinforced cord construction specifically to stand up to repeated contact with rough surfaces while maintaining consistent rotation. The snap-lock cord ends and inner string protect against snapping, making this rope a reliable daily training tool.

• Inner string core prevents premature fraying and breakage.
• Thicker PVC sheath shields the rope on asphalt and concrete.
• Engineered for both casual fitness and routine practice sessions.

Who is this for: The Elite Jumps 6mm PVC Jump Rope fits fitness enthusiasts who want a dependable, adjustable rope that works indoors and outside. It's ideal for beginners who benefit from a tactile, slightly heavier cord to learn timing, and for intermediate to advanced jumpers seeking durability and a rope that can handle freestyle and cardio-driven workouts.
