Elite Gourmet 12.5Qt Ceralast™ Ceramic Electric Skillet — 1500W, PFAS-Free, Xtra Deep for 6–8 People

The Elite Gourmet 12.5Qt Ceralast™ Electric Skillet is an extra-deep, PFAS-free ceramic nonstick pan with a 1500W rapid-heat element that cooks and serves family-sized meals on your countertop.

This Xtra Deep electric skillet brings oven-style capacity to counter-level convenience. Built with Elite Gourmet’s Ceralast™ PFAS-free ceramic coating and a fully embedded rapid-heat element, it heats evenly from 200°F to 400°F and holds enough food to serve 6–8 people. The combination of a tempered glass lid, tall 4" walls, and cool-touch handles makes it a practical alternative to firing up a full oven or multiple stovetop burners.

How will this skillet speed up weekday dinners?

The 1500W Rapid Heat element reaches and maintains set temperatures quickly, reducing preheat time and evening meal stress. With a wide 15" x 12" x 4" cooking surface you can sear proteins, simmer sauces, and finish casseroles all in one pan—cutting down cleanup and multitasking.

• 1500W power for faster preheat and consistent cooking
• Removable temperature probe adjusts from 200°F to 400°F
• Extra-deep pan fits large roasts, sheets of vegetables, or multiple eggs
• Tempered glass lid retains moisture while you check food

Is the surface safe and easy to clean?

Yes. The Ceralast™ ceramic coating is PFAS-free and formulated to resist flaking or chipping while releasing food for easy turning and serving. For straightforward cleanup, detach the control probe, then place the skillet and lid on the dishwasher’s top rack or wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge.

• PFAS-free ceramic nonstick for chemical-conscious cooking
• Scratch-resistant finish reduces sticking and abrasion
• Dishwasher-safe top rack (probe removed) for quick cleanup
• Heavy-duty cast aluminum body resists warping and corrosion

Can this skillet replace my oven or multiple pans?

The deep, wide pan and adjustable temperature control make it a flexible single-pan solution: roast, fry, bake, simmer, or sauté without heating a whole oven. It performs well for full-meal prep—from breakfast batches and sheet-pan dinners to braised meats—while using less energy than a conventional oven.

• Versatile for roasting, frying, baking, and simmering
• Large capacity serves 6–8 people for family meals or gatherings
• Extra-tall sides reduce splatter and retain juices
• Efficient countertop use saves electricity versus ovens

What safety and convenience features should I expect?

Elite Gourmet designed this skillet with user-friendly, safety-minded details: cool-touch handles and knob, an indicator light to show when power is on, and an ETL safety certification. The removable control probe keeps electronics out of the main pan for safer washing and storage.

• Cool-touch handles and lid knob for safer handling
• Power indicator light shows when unit is active
• Removable control probe for safe dishwashing and storage
• ETL certified with a 1-year limited warranty for peace of mind
