EGO Power+ AP1500 Shoulder Strap for Leaf Blowers & Trimmers — Padded, Adjustable Support

The EGO POWER+ AP1500 shoulder strap redistributes tool weight to your shoulder so extended trimming, blowing, or pole-saw work feels noticeably less fatiguing.

Designed for homeowners and pros who spend long periods operating EGO handheld outdoor tools, this padded, ergonomic strap connects to compatible blowers, string trimmers, multi-head power heads, and pole saws to move load from your wrist and arm to your torso. It fits a wide range of EGO models and is built for easy attachment, durable use, and improved posture during repetitive tasks.

How does the AP1500 reduce arm and wrist strain?

The strap channels most of the tool’s weight to the shoulder and upper torso, relieving the smaller muscles in your arm and wrist. That redistribution decreases shaking and soreness during prolonged sessions and helps you maintain steadier control over the tool.

• Padded shoulder panel cushions pressure points for longer comfort
• Load-bearing design shifts weight away from the wrist and forearm
• Adjustable connection points let you optimize balance for different tools

Which tools and models is this strap compatible with?

The AP1500 is made to work with most current EGO handheld power heads and several blowers and trimmers. Check compatibility against your model number before purchasing—it's not universal but covers many popular lineups.

• Compatible examples: LB5300, LB5750, LB5800, LB6150, LB6500, LB7650
• Also fits multiple ST series trimmers and PH/ED/PS power heads
• Not compatible with older LB4800/4803 or LB6000/6003 series (and certain high-capacity models)

How simple is it to attach and adjust the strap?

Attachment is straightforward and tool-specific clips and loops make setup quick. Once connected, the strap length can be fine-tuned so the tool hangs at a comfortable working height and balance.

• Quick-clip points for fast on/off between tasks
• Adjustable length for a personalized fit and optimal balance
• Padded section reduces slippage and remains comfortable during movement

Will the strap hold up under regular professional use?

The AP1500 uses durable materials and reinforced fittings designed for frequent use with battery-powered EGO tools. While built for longevity, routine inspection of attachment points is advised to ensure safe operation.

• Reinforced stitching at stress points for lasting durability
• Heavy-duty hardware suited to higher-capacity batteries and power heads
• Easy to clean and maintain between jobs

Who is this for: The EGO POWER+ AP1500 shoulder strap is ideal for homeowners with large yards, landscapers, and maintenance pros who use EGO blowers, trimmers, multi-head systems, or pole saws for extended periods. If you want to reduce arm fatigue, improve tool control, and maintain comfort while working with higher-capacity batteries or power attachments, this strap is a practical retrofit to extend productive time and reduce strain.
