What should I do if my printer shows a cartridge error after installation?

Occasionally printers detect non-OEM cartridges or lose chip connection during installation. Most issues are resolved by re-seating the cartridge to ensure the chip contacts the printer correctly.

• Remove and reinstall the cartridge, pressing gently until it clicks into place.
• Confirm the chip area is clean and fully engaged with the printer’s contacts.
• If messages persist, power cycle the printer and consult the included user guide.
