Depend Men’s Incontinence Underwear, XL 68-Count Gray — Super-Absorbent Core & OdorBlock for Discreet Comfort

Depend Fresh Protection Men’s Incontinence Underwear in XL is disposable adult underwear that provides high-absorbency bladder protection with odor control and underwear-like comfort.

These Depend undergarments are built to handle everyday bladder leaks while remaining discreet and comfortable. The design uses a super-absorbent core that locks in liquid, a moisture-wicking liner for a dry feel, and ODORBLOCK technology to reduce noticeable smells. In a neutral gray color and sized for waists 44–54 inches, this 68-count pack is meant for men seeking reliable protection without the bulk or noise of older designs.

How well do these absorb and lock in liquid?

The Dryshield core in Depend Fresh Protection is engineered to take in liquid and convert it to gel, helping to reduce rewetting and keep the surface feeling drier. While absorbency depends on volume and timing, the core is rated to absorb many times its own weight for everyday leaks.

• Super-absorbent core that turns liquid into gel for containment
• Moisture-wicking liner to help maintain a dry skin surface
• Designed for maximum absorbency in a thin profile

Will they control odors during wear?

Depend uses ODORBLOCK technology to neutralize and help lock in odors so scents are minimized throughout the day. This doesn't eliminate all odors, but it substantially reduces what others might notice, helping users feel more confident in social and active situations.

• Built-in odor control to neutralize scent at the source
• Materials chosen to limit odor transfer to outer clothing
• Suitable for daily use where discretion matters

Are these comfortable and discreet under clothing?

Depend Fresh Protection has a cotton-like outer fabric and quieter materials designed to feel more like regular underwear. The fit aims to be snug yet comfortable, with a thinner, low-profile construction that reduces visible lines under clothing.

• Cotton-like fabric for a softer touch against skin
• Quieter material and slimmer design for discretion
• Stretch areas and shape calibrated for men's bodies

How do I choose the right size and when should I use extra protection?

Select the XL for waist measurements between 44 and 54 inches for the best fit and leakage prevention. For heavier needs or overnight coverage, consider specialized overnight products; for daily leaks, these are designed to balance comfort and protection.

• XL fits waist 44–54 inches for secure coverage
• Use daily for light-to-moderate bladder leaks
• Consider night-specific options for extended overnight protection
