Depend Adult Diapers for Women — XL 68 Count, Dryshield Absorbency & Odor Control

Depend Fresh Protection for Women are discreet, underwear-style adult diapers in XL that combine a highly absorbent Dryshield core with odor-neutralizing technology for confident, all-day wear.

If you’re looking for reliable bladder leak protection without sacrificing comfort or discretion, these Depend Fresh Protection undergarments deliver. Designed to feel more like regular underwear, they use a super-absorbent core that locks in moisture and ODORBLOCK technology that helps neutralize and contain smells. The result is a thin, quiet, and cotton-like disposable underwear available in a range of sizes — this listing is for extra-large (45–54" waist) in a 68-count pack (two packs of 34). Packaging may vary.

How do these undergarments manage leaks and stay dry?

Depend Fresh Protection uses a Dryshield core with super-absorbent material that rapidly draws in liquid and turns it into gel to reduce surface moisture. A moisture-wicking liner helps keep skin drier, while the thin construction maintains a discreet profile under clothing.

• Dryshield core absorbs up to 30× its weight, turning liquid into gel
• Moisture-wicking inner layer to move fluid away from skin
• Thin design for a less noticeable silhouette under clothes
• Quiet, soft outer fabric to reduce rustling noises

Will these help control odor during long days?

Depend’s ODORBLOCK technology works to neutralize and lock in odors so you feel fresher longer. While no product can guarantee complete elimination of all smells, these underwear are formulated to minimize noticeable odors in typical daily use.

• ODORBLOCK ingredients neutralize and trap odor molecules
• Sealed absorbent core reduces odor escape
• Suitable for everyday wear and low-activity outings
• Available in multi-packs for regular, reliable supply

How comfortable and discreet are they compared to traditional adult diapers?

These Depend undergarments are made with softer, cotton-like fabric and quieter materials to feel more like regular underwear. The stretchy waistband and underwear-like cut provide a familiar fit and improved comfort over older, bulkier styles.

• Cotton-like, ultra-soft fabric for a natural feel
• Stretch-fit waistband for a snug, underwear-style fit
• Quiet materials that reduce crinkling sounds
• Available in a range of sizes to match waist measurements

How do I choose the right size and when should I consider a different product?

Measure around the natural waist and compare to the size chart to find the best fit; this listing covers extra-large (45–54" waist). If you need overnight protection or heavier absorbency, consider Depend Night Defense or other higher-absorbency options.

• XL fits waists approximately 45–54 inches
• If you experience heavy nighttime leakage, try night-specific products
• Check fit for comfort and to prevent gaps that can reduce protection
• Swap sizes if the waistband digs in or the product shifts
