Dan&Darci Glitter Dumpling Squishy Mystery Box — UV Color-Changing Bao-Bun Squishy with Glitter, Reusable Case

Dan&Darci Glitter Dumpling Squishy Mystery Box is a collectible surprise toy that hides a soft, UV-activated color-changing bao-bun squishy inside a reusable dumpling case.

Each Mystery Box contains one glittery dumpling container and a squeezable squishy inside that reacts to sunlight. The squishy starts as a soft neutral shade and shifts color when exposed to UV light, revealing brighter tones and sparkles. Collectors can hunt for all eight designs — including a rare holographic variant — while enjoying tactile, calming play or a playful desk accessory.

How does the UV color-change feature work?

The squishy is made with UV-sensitive pigments that visibly alter hue when exposed to sunlight or strong UV sources. The transformation is reversible, so bringing it indoors restores the original shade. This creates a simple, repeatable reveal that’s part science and part sensory fun.

• Changes color when placed in direct sunlight or under UV lamps
• Reverts to baseline color indoors or away from UV exposure
• Safe, non-electronic mechanism—just light-triggered pigment

What makes these squishies satisfying to squeeze?

Each bao-bun squishy is crafted from a soft, smooth material that stretches and slowly returns to shape, delivering a tactile, stress-relieving sensation. The glitter elements add visual interest without affecting the soft bounce. Because they’re small and lightweight, they’re ideal for short fidget sessions or desk breaks.

• Soft, slow-rise foam for long-lasting squishability
• Glitter accent for shimmer during play
• Compact size fits in hand, pocket, or the included case

What comes inside the mystery box and how do I collect them?

Each box includes one dumpling-shaped case and one hidden squishy bao inside. There are eight collectible colors and characters to discover, with one rare holographic dumpling to seek out. The reusable dumpling case doubles as storage or display once the reveal is finished.

• One glitter dumpling case per box
• One color-changing squishy bao hidden inside
• Collectible set of eight designs plus a rare holographic variant
• Case functions as storage, travel pouch, or display prop

Is the product suitable for gifting and what occasions fit best?
