Curera Disposable Underpads 30x36 (25-Pack) XXL | 5-Layer LeakLock Absorbency & Adhesive Strips

Curera Chucks® Premium Disposable Underpads are oversized, five-layer disposable bed pads (30" x 36") that deliver hospital-grade absorbency, leak protection, and secure placement for home or professional care.

These XXL underpads combine a soft, breathable top sheet with advanced LeakLock superabsorbent polymer and a waterproof backing to protect mattresses, furniture, and bedding from fluids and odors. Each pad includes adhesive strips to prevent shifting and is hypoallergenic and latex-free, making it suitable for sensitive skin. The Curera Chucks line is widely used in healthcare settings and adapted here for caregivers, seniors, and anyone seeking reliable overnight or daytime protection.

How do these underpads stop leaks and control moisture?

The pads use a five-layer LeakLock construction that rapidly captures and retains fluid while keeping the surface feeling dry. A superabsorbent polymer core locks liquids and minimizes wetness, while the waterproof backing prevents seep-through to mattresses.

• Non-woven, breathable top sheet for quick comfort and reduced skin irritation
• Moisture-retaining tissue layer that funnels liquids into the core
• Superabsorbent polymer beads that lock and hold large amounts of fluid
• Comfort fluff layer disperses moisture and reduces noise
• Durable waterproof backing to stop leaks and protect bedding

Will the pad stay in place on the bed or furniture?

Each underpad includes built-in adhesive strips that secure it to mattress covers, sheets, or furniture surfaces. This reduces bunching, shifting, or migration during sleep or when caring for a mobile patient, improving both comfort and safety.

• Two adhesive strips along the underside for firm grip
• Designed to resist bunching under movement or repositioning
• Works on most fabric and vinyl-covered surfaces

Are Curera Chucks safe and comfortable for sensitive skin?

Curera Chucks are made from hypoallergenic, latex-free materials and avoid harsh dyes or irritating salts. The soft non-woven top sheet helps reduce friction and promotes comfort for extended wear, suitable for adults, seniors, children, and pets.

• Latex-free and chemically minimal for reduced irritation risk
• Soft, breathable top layer to lessen skin friction
• Neutral odor control from absorbent polymer technology
