Cuisinart Salad Spinner — 3‑Quart Clear Bowl, Non‑Skid Base & Locking Lid for Crisp Greens

Designed for everyday kitchen use, this compact spinner combines a clear bowl, a simple turn knob, and a secure locking lid so you can rinse and remove excess water without fuss. Its 3‑quart size fits individual salads or small family servings, and the non‑skid base keeps the bowl steady while you spin. The transparent outer bowl also doubles as a serving dish to move from prep to table with fewer dishes to wash.

How does the spinner remove water from greens quickly?

The spinner uses centrifugal force generated by an easy‑to‑turn knob to fling water out of washed leaves into the outer bowl, leaving the salad dry and ready to dress. Because you can add and drain water through the lid opening, rinsing and spinning happen without removing the top, speeding the whole process.

• Simple rotary knob produces steady spinning action without complicated mechanisms.
• Lid opening lets you rinse and pour away rinse water while the basket stays inside.
• Clear bowl collects expelled water so leaves remain dry and crisp.

Is this spinner stable and easy to use on a busy countertop?

The spinner has a non‑skid base that helps prevent slipping during use, and the lid locks to keep the basket secured while spinning. Its compact footprint fits most kitchen counters and is lightweight to lift and store when not in use.

• Rubberized base grips counters to reduce movement and mess.
• Locking lid ensures the basket stays in place during high‑speed spins.
• Compact 3‑quart size ideal for small prep areas and easy storage.

What else can I use the 3‑quart bowl for besides drying salad?

Beyond greens, the spinner is handy for rinsing berries, herbs, and small vegetables. When spinning is finished, the clear outer bowl can serve salads, hold fruit, or act as a mixing vessel, cutting down on extra dishes.

• Rinse and dry delicate berries without crushing them.
• Wash herbs and small produce while preserving flavor and texture.
• Use the transparent bowl to serve or store prepared ingredients.

How durable is the Cuisinart spinner and what kind of support comes with it?

The spinner is built with sturdy plastic components designed for repeated use and easy cleaning. Cuisinart backs the product with a lifetime warranty, giving long‑term reassurance and manufacturer support if problems arise.

• Durable basket and outer bowl for regular kitchen wear.
• Parts are simple to rinse or hand‑wash for quick cleanup.
