CrunchLabs Elephant Toothpaste Blast Kit — Mark Rober Edition, Kid-Safe 15ft Foam Eruptions, 6 Blasts

CrunchLabs Elephant Toothpaste Blast is a kid-safe, repeatable science kit that creates dramatic foaming eruptions over 15 feet high, inspired by Mark Rober's viral experiments.

Turn your backyard into a hands-on science lab with a kit designed to deliver large-scale visual results children remember. This set adapts the famous Elephant Toothpaste reaction into a controllable, repeatable experience: mix simple ingredients, attach the adjustable nozzle, and watch a towering foam column shoot skyward. The package includes six kit-powered blasts and instructions for many more repeats using common household supplies, plus a QR code that links to Mark Rober's step-by-step videos so kids learn the why as well as the wow.

How does the Elephant Toothpaste Blast create such big foam eruptions?

The eruption is produced by a rapid decomposition reaction that releases gas and pushes thick foam through the nozzle. The kit components and adjustable nozzle concentrate the foam output so the column shoots higher and faster than basic at-home volcano experiments. Mark Rober’s engineering tweaks maximize height while making the reaction easy to trigger and control.

• Kit includes a purpose-built reaction chamber and foam-delivery nozzle.
• Flow-control design lets kids tune how quickly foam exits the launcher.
• Premeasured reagents for six full-powered blasts included in the box.
• Instructions and safety gear ensure adult-supervised, repeatable setups.

What comes in the box and what else do I need?

Each set supplies the main launcher, pre-portioned kit reagents for six blasts, a reusable nozzle, safety goggles, and an instruction booklet with a QR code for tutorial videos. After the included blasts you can repeat the experiment using everyday ingredients like hydrogen peroxide and liquid soap; the manual explains safe concentrations and quantities to use with adult supervision.

• Launcher assembly, adjustable nozzle, and reaction bottle included.
• Six kit-powered reagent packs included for immediate use.
• Safety goggles and step-by-step illustrated instructions provided.
• QR code links to Mark Rober videos that show setup, tips, and troubleshooting.

Is this safe for kids, and how is it supervised?

The product is designed for supervised, educational play: safety glasses are included and the instructions emphasize adult oversight for every blast. Reagents supplied in the kit are measured for safe handling when adults follow directions. Clear precautions, rinse guidance, and setup controls minimize risk while preserving a dramatic, hands-on experience.

• Includes safety goggles and adult-focused safety steps.
• Premeasured reagent packs reduce handling of concentrated chemicals.
• QR tutorial videos show safe setup and cleanup procedures.
• Designed to be performed outdoors or in a large, ventilated area.

How do kids learn from this kit beyond the spectacle?

Beyond the visual blast, the kit encourages iterative experimentation—kids change nozzle settings, volumes, and mixtures to see how outcomes vary, practicing the engineering design loop. The QR videos include explanations of the underlying chemistry and engineering choices so learners connect cause and effect. This turns a single wow moment into repeatable learning opportunities about measurement, variables, and safety protocols.

• Encourages hypothesis testing by tweaking setup variables.
• Video lessons from Mark Rober explain scientific principles clearly.
• Reusable components support multiple trials and comparisons.
• Suggested experiments build skills in observation and measurement.

Who is this for? Families, classrooms, and STEM clubs seeking a high-impact, hands-on chemistry demonstration will find CrunchLabs Elephant Toothpaste Blast ideal. It’s built for kids who love big physical results and curiosity-driven learning, and for adults who want a structured, safe way to introduce principles of reaction rates, gas production, and engineering design. Use it for backyard science parties, classroom demos, or weekend curiosity sessions—any setting where supervised explosive foam eruptions make science unforgettable.
