Crispedia Covered Cat House for Large Cats — Grey Foldable Condo with Sisal Scratch Pad & Reversible Cushion

A cozy, covered cat cave that doubles as a scratch-safe play zone and a roomy resting spot for indoor cats up to 30 lbs.

This Crispedia covered cat house blends a secure hideaway with an upper lounging platform, an integrated sisal scratch pad, and a reversible cushion for year-round comfort. Designed to be sturdy yet lightweight, it folds flat for transport and snaps together without tools. The neutral grey finish fits modern interiors while offering cats private shelter, elevated lookout space, and an interactive hanging plush ball for enrichment.

How does this cat condo keep furniture safe while giving cats something to do?

The unit includes a built-in sisal scratch pad mounted on the side of the cave so felines can satisfy scratching instincts in one designated area. A plush hanging ball encourages batting and play, redirecting energy away from sofas and carpets.

• Durable sisal scratch surface for claws and marking behavior
• Plush dangling ball for batting and short bursts of exercise
• Enclosed cave reduces boredom, lowering destructive scratching
• Raised platform offers a calm vantage point to observe the room

Is the bed comfortable throughout the year and easy to clean?

The reversible cushion gives two distinct textures: a warm velvet side for cooler months and a breathable linen side for warmer weather. Both cushion panels detach for spot cleaning, and the fabric materials are chosen for quick upkeep and pet comfort.

• Two-sided cushion: plush velvet and cool linen
• Removable pads for simple washing and airing
• Machine-friendly fabrics for routine maintenance (follow label care)
• Soft interior reduces drafts for sleepy cats

Will this house hold up for larger cats and multi-cat homes?

Constructed from lightweight but strong MDF panels, the condo supports cats up to 30 pounds and resists wobbling thanks to a non-slip base. The design’s enclosed lower chamber plus top platform accommodates multiple small cats or one larger cat who likes both hiding and perching.

• MDF frame rated to support sizable cats safely
• Anti-slip feet keep the unit steady during play
• Spacious interior allows comfortable curling and turning
• Top deck serves as an additional rest area or lookout

How simple is assembly and where can I place it in my home?

Set up is tool-free with a fold-and-lock construction that snaps into place without screws or hardware. Because it folds flat and is relatively lightweight, you can move it between rooms or store it when not in use.

• No tools, screws, or complicated steps—assemble in minutes
• Folds flat for transport or storage
• Compact footprint fits corners, living rooms, bedrooms, or sunrooms
• Indoor-friendly design; suitable for sheltered outdoor patios
