Cosori Electric Kettle 1.7L Green — Stainless-Steel, No-Plastic Water Path, Fast Boil

Cosori's 1.7L electric kettle in green heats water quickly with no plastic touching the water, giving you purer-tasting beverages and safer everyday use.

This compact, stainless-steel electric kettle is engineered so water contacts only metal and glass surfaces, not internal plastic. With a generous 1.7-liter capacity, fast boil performance and safety features like auto shut-off and boil-dry protection, it replaces stovetop kettles for routine tasks from brewing tea to preparing instant meals. The kettle's modern silhouette, blue LED boil indicator and dual-angle lid add convenience and a cleaner pouring experience.

How quickly will this kettle boil water compared with a stovetop?

The Cosori electric kettle is built to heat faster than a traditional stovetop by concentrating electric heat in a sealed, efficient base. It can bring a single cup to a boil in under three minutes, saving time on busy mornings and short breaks.

• Under 3 minutes for one cup in typical conditions
• 1.7L capacity for multiple servings without repeated cycles
• LED indicator shows when the unit is active
• Flat heating element optimizes energy transfer for speed

What safety and spill-prevention features does it have?

Cosori includes automatic shut-off and boil-dry protection to prevent running when empty and to stop after boiling. The precision spout and cool-touch handle reduce splash and the risk of burns, while the dual-angle lid minimizes splatter during pouring.

• Auto shut-off after water reaches boiling point
• Boil-dry protection disables heating when no water is detected
• Cool-touch handle and balanced weight for secure pouring
• Dual-angle lid: splash-reducing partial open and full-open for cleaning

How easy is the kettle to clean and maintain?

The kettle's wide mouth and large-angle lid allow easy access to the interior for hand-cleaning and descaling. Cosori recommends a simple vinegar or lemon soak followed by rinsing to remove mineral buildup in hard water areas.

• Wide opening and full-lid position for reaching corners with a cloth
• Descale by boiling 1 cup vinegar or lemon and 2 cups water, soak 2 hours, then wipe and rinse
• Stainless-steel interior resists stains, though mineral marks can appear with hard water
• Exterior wipes clean with a soft cloth to preserve the finish

What can I make with this kettle besides tea?

The Cosori electric kettle is useful for a variety of quick preparations where hot water is needed: instant coffee, oatmeal, noodles, and baby formula (follow formula mixing guidelines). Its quick heat-up and accurate pour help speed prep and reduce mess for many everyday kitchen tasks.

• Instant coffee, tea, and herbal infusions
• Instant soups, oatmeal and ready meals
• Prepping hot water for cleaning or sterilizing small items
• Easy-pour spout for accurate measuring and reduced spills
