COSLUS E1 Water Dental Flosser — 600ml Tank, 12 Pressure Settings, 5 Jet Tips

The COSLUS E1 Electric Water Dental Flosser is a family-ready oral irrigator with 12 adjustable pressure levels, a 600ml detachable tank, and five specialized jet tips for targeted interdental cleaning.

Designed with input from dental professionals, the COSLUS E1 combines a wide pressure range (10–160 PSI) and a large reservoir to make daily interdental cleaning simple and effective for multiple users. Its compact, modern design fits most bathroom counters while the organized tip storage keeps accessories tidy. The unit must be plugged in to operate and includes safety features like a 3-minute auto shut-off and a non-slip base for stable use.

How does the COSLUS E1 adjust to different gum sensitivities?

The E1 offers 12 finely graded pressure settings so each user can find a comfortable level — from gentle washes for sensitive gums to stronger pulses for deeper interdental cleaning. This graduated scale reduces the chance of discomfort while letting you increase intensity as gum tolerance improves.

• 12 pressure stages from 10 to 160 PSI for precise control
• Easy dial or button control to change pressure mid-session
• Gentle settings suited for children, seniors, or sensitive gums
• Higher settings for plaque removal around braces and implants

What makes the 600ml tank useful for a household routine?

The detachable 600ml reservoir reduces interruptions by providing enough water for multiple users or longer single sessions. It detaches for quick refills and cleaning, and its capacity supports fast daily rinses without repeated top-ups between family members.

• Large 600ml capacity for multi-user or extended single use
• Detachable design for easy refilling and rinsing
• Supports several quick passes—ideal after meals or before bed
• Compact footprint balances capacity with counter space savings

Which jet tips are included and what are they best for?

The E1 ships with five interchangeable tips designed for common oral needs: general cleaning, orthodontic care, plaque removal, periodontal pockets, and a specialized nozzle for targeted flushing. Clearly labeled storage on the unit helps multi-user households keep tips separate and hygienic.

• Five specialized tips covering braces, general cleaning, and periodontal care
• Organized onboard storage for neat, hygienic tip management
• Quick-swap mechanism to change tips between family members
• Each tip designed to improve reach along gum lines and between teeth

How easy is it to use and maintain in everyday life?

The COSLUS E1 prioritizes simple operation and low maintenance: set a pressure level, point the tip, and run up to a 3-minute auto shut-off. Its non-slip base and plug-in power ensure steady performance, while removable components make cleaning straightforward.

• Plug-in power with stable, continuous operation
• 3-minute auto shut-off for timed sessions and energy safety
• Non-slip base keeps the unit steady on bathroom counters
• Removable tank and tips for easy rinsing and cleaning

Who is this for: The COSLUS E1 is aimed at households that want a professional-style water flosser suitable for multiple ages and oral conditions. It’s a fit for families with braces, adults seeking a stronger interdental clean than string floss, seniors with sensitive gums, and anyone who prefers an easy-to-use, high-capacity flosser in a compact, attractive package. While it supports a broad range of oral care needs, it is not a replacement for professional dental advice—use as part of a regular oral hygiene routine and consult your dental provider for personalized guidance.
