COSLUS C20 Cordless Water Flosser — 300ml Tank, IPX7 Waterproof, 30‑Day Battery

The COSLUS C20 combines targeted water-pulse cleaning with a larger-than-average reservoir and a travel-friendly form factor. Designed for users with braces, implants, or routine interdental cleaning needs, C20 blends adjustable pressure settings, several interchangeable tips, and IPX7 waterproofing into a compact cordless unit. It focuses on removing food debris and helping support gum health while making refills and charging less frequent hassles.

How does the COSLUS C20 clean between teeth and around braces?

The device uses rapid, ultra-fine dual-thread pulses of water to dislodge plaque and trapped food particles from interdental spaces and around orthodontic hardware. Adjustable pressure and multiple operation modes let you control intensity for delicate gums or deeper cleaning.

• 0.3mm+0.3mm ultra-fine dual-thread water pulse nozzle for focused streams
• 1,400–1,800 pulses per minute to target interdental areas
• Five interchangeable tips including braces and general-use nozzles
• Multiple pressure levels and three user modes for gentle to firm cleaning

Will I need to refill or recharge often?

The C20 reduces interruptions with a 300ml tank—about double the capacity of many older portable models—so a full tank usually lasts a complete cleaning session without refilling. Its built-in rechargeable battery delivers up to 30 days of typical use on a single charge, making it ideal for travel or busy routines.

• Extra-large 300ml BPA-free water reservoir for longer sessions
• USB rechargeable battery with roughly 3-hour full charge time
• Battery life indicator on the unit so you know when to recharge
• Compact, lightweight body suitable for packing in luggage

Is the COSLUS C20 durable and safe to use in wet environments?

The flosser is rated IPX7 for waterproofing, so it can be rinsed under running water and used safely at the sink or in the shower. COSLUS also designed the motor and internal components to withstand regular use, with an expected lifecycle of several years under normal conditions.

• IPX7 waterproof housing for easy cleaning and safe damp use
• Upgraded motor engineered for sustained dual-stream performance
• Constructed for three-year durability under typical home use
• Ergonomic non-slip grip for secure handling in wet settings

How simple is the C20 to use for beginners and sensitive gums?

C20 offers an intuitive control layout and three preset modes to accommodate beginners and those with sensitive oral tissue. For first-time users, a soft mode and a closed-mouth technique are recommended so gums adapt gradually to water pressure.

• Three operation modes: soft, standard, and deep-clean
• Start on soft mode for gradual gum acclimation
• Ergonomic handle and quick-change nozzle system for ease of use
• USB charging works with most 5V DC adapters (adapter not included)

Who is this for? The COSLUS C20 is aimed at people seeking a portable, powerful alternative to string floss—especially those with braces, dental work, or sensitive gums who want adjustable pressure, a larger water tank to avoid frequent refills, and the convenience of long battery life. It’s also a solid pick for travelers and households that prefer waterproof, easy-to-clean oral-care tools. Note: if you’re new to water flossing, begin on the soft setting and consult your dental professional for personalized guidance.
