Corlcol Black Crinkle Paper Shred Filler 2LB — Recycled Decorative Cushioning for Gift Boxes & Baskets

Corlcol 2LB black crinkle paper is a recyclable, decorative filler designed to cushion, style, and present gifts, baskets, and packages with a tidy, high-contrast finish.

This 2-pound bundle of crinkle-cut shredded paper offers a balance of protection and presentation for gift boxes, product shipments, and event decor. Made from recycled fibers and cut into a crinkled texture, the black filler adds depth and contrast to wrapped items while helping hold products in place during handling and transit. It’s a versatile accessory for small businesses, crafters, and anyone arranging stylish gift packaging.

How well does this filler protect fragile items during shipping?

The crinkle shape creates a springy cushion that absorbs light shocks and prevents small items from shifting. It won’t replace professional void-fill for heavy shipments, but it works well for delicate or lightweight goods, cosmetics, candles, and keepsakes.

• 2-pound supply provides volume to fill gaps inside boxes and baskets.
• Crinkle-cut texture disperses pressure and reduces movement.
• Durable fibers resist flattening on short trips or local deliveries.
• Best paired with bubble wrap or cardboard dividers for heavy items.

Will the black color affect branded presentation or unboxing photos?

Black crinkle paper creates visual contrast that highlights lighter-colored products and logos, giving unboxing images a polished, professional look. It also reduces glare and reflections, making product details pop in photos and video.

• Deep black background accentuates metallics, pastels, and white packaging.
• Matte finish minimizes shine for better photography results.
• Neutral tone works with many seasonal themes and brand palettes.
• Pairs well with ribbons, tissue, or branded stickers for a cohesive reveal.

Is this filler eco-friendly and easy to dispose of?

The filler is made from recycled paper fibers and is recyclable where paper recycling is accepted. Because it’s paper-based, it’s a better option than many plastic alternatives for those wanting to reduce single-use plastics in packaging.

• Produced from recycled materials to lower environmental impact.
• Recyclable in most curbside paper collection systems—check local guidelines.
• Biodegradable under typical composting conditions, though rates vary.
• Lightweight packaging reduces shipping emissions compared with heavier void-fill options.

How much comes in the 2LB pack and what projects is it best for?

The Corlcol package contains roughly 2 pounds of crinkle-cut paper, enough for multiple gift boxes, a few large gift baskets, or dozens of smaller party favors. It’s tailored for seasonal gift wrapping, subscription boxes, craft projects, and retail presentation.

• 2LB volume suits small-business order fulfillment and event prep.
• Great for lining baskets, filling boxes, and adding loft to displays.
• Multiple-color options allow color matching to brand or event themes.
• Reusable for multiple occasions if kept dry and clean.

Who is this for? Sellers, crafters, and gift-givers who want an affordable, recyclable filler that improves presentation while offering light protection will find Corlcol’s 2LB black crinkle paper useful. It’s ideal for makers packaging candles, soaps, jewelry, boutique goods, and curated gift baskets, and for anyone staging photos or events that need a low-shine, high-contrast backdrop.
