Coopache pool skimmer socks 60-pack — reusable nylon mesh filter covers, universal stretch for skimmer baskets

Coopache 60-pack pool skimmer socks are reusable nylon mesh covers that slide over skimmer baskets to trap leaves, hair, and fine debris before it reaches your pump.

Keep your pool circulation running smoothly and reduce strain on the pump with a bulk set of thin, stretchy filter socks designed to fit most skimmer baskets. These lightweight mesh sleeves capture small particles — from pine needles to suntan oil — so you spend less time cleaning the pump and more time enjoying the water. The Coopache set includes 60 durable socks meant for repeated use and quick replacement when saturated.

How do these skimmer socks help protect my pool equipment?

By catching grit, hair and other particulates in the skimmer basket, the socks prevent debris from getting into the pump and filter lines where it can cause clogs or premature wear. That reduces the need for emergency maintenance and keeps mechanical parts working longer.

• Shields pump impeller and shaft seal from clogging and abrasion.
• Reduces strain on filters, extending service intervals.
• Traps oils and fine particles that standard baskets miss.

Are these skimmer socks easy to use and maintain?

Yes — the stretchable nylon slips over the skimmer basket for instant protection and comes off easily for emptying. Rinse or shake the sock clean and let it dry before reusing; replace with a fresh one when it becomes heavily soiled or torn.

• Elastic edge for snug, slip-on fit over most basket shapes.
• Quick to remove for debris disposal or rinsing.
• Reusable material that withstands repeated cleaning cycles.

What types of debris will these mesh socks capture?

The ultrafine nylon mesh is designed to hold both large and small contaminants — from floating leaves to tiny grit and pet hair — improving surface skimming effectiveness. They also reduce the amount of organic matter reaching your filtration system, lowering maintenance time.

• Catches leaves, pine needles, twigs and bugs.
• Captures hair, lint, dust and fine sand particles.
• Helps collect oils and sunscreen residue that float near the skimmer.

Will these fit my skimmer basket and how often should I replace them?

The Coopache socks are designed with a universal stretch to fit most sizes and shapes of skimmer baskets, though the basket itself is not included. Replacement frequency depends on pool usage and debris load; many owners swap them every 2–8 weeks for consistent performance.

• Universal stretch fits most standard skimmer baskets.
• Replace as needed—typically every 2 to 8 weeks under normal conditions.
• Hand wash or hose off to extend usable life between replacements.
