Coolhill Handheld Portable Fan with Ice Cooler — 5500mAh Battery, 199-Speed, Foldable Neck/Desktop

Coolhill's Handheld Portable Fan with Ice Cooler is a rechargeable mini fan that combines a semiconductor cooling plate, 199 adjustable speeds and a 5500mAh battery to deliver instant, customizable personal cooling whether handheld, worn or placed on a desk.

This compact device pairs an advanced instant-cool technology with a high-capacity battery and flexible mounting options so you can stay comfortable outdoors, at events, or in small indoor spaces. The intuitive digital display and precise speed control let you fine-tune airflow from a whisper to a turbo blast while the foldable head and included lanyard convert the unit into a desktop or neck fan. Designed for portability, it tucks into bags easily and charges from common USB power sources.

How quickly does the ice-cooling feature cool the air?

The built-in semiconductor cooling plate produces an immediate sensation of coolness on contact, giving a noticeable drop in perceived temperature within seconds. It's intended to feel like a personal AC directed at face and neck areas, not to chill a whole room.

• Advanced semiconductor plate for rapid local cooling
• Delivers an instant cooling feel for skin-level relief
• Best used at close range for face and neck comfort

What does 199-speed precision mean for everyday use?

The fan's 199-step control allows incremental adjustments between a very quiet low setting and a powerful high output. The digital readout simplifies selecting a preferred intensity for sleeping, commuting, outdoor activities or makeup setting.

• Very low settings for quiet background airflow
• Mid-range for general cooling while working or walking
• High/turbo for strong bursts of airflow when needed

How long will the 5500mAh battery last and how do I recharge it?

The integrated 5500mAh battery provides extended runtime suitable for day trips and typical outdoor use; exact duration depends on the chosen speed. Recharge via USB from a laptop, power bank, car charger or wall adapter for convenient top-ups on the go.

• Large-capacity 5500mAh battery for extended use
• Charges from standard USB sources — power banks, laptops, car chargers
• Runtime varies by speed; lower settings extend battery life significantly

How versatile is the fan for different situations?

The Coolhill unit converts between handheld, desktop and neck-mounted configurations to fit multiple scenarios. Fold the head to create a stable desktop fan, use the lanyard for hands-free cooling, or hold it for targeted airflow.

• 150° adjustable head for desk or handheld use
• Included lanyard for comfortable hands-free neck wear
• Pocket-sized design that fits purses and backpacks for travel
