Command Picture Hanging Strips Medium 10 lb — White, 32 Pairs (64 Strips) Damage-Free, Tool-Free Hanging

Command Medium (10 lb) Picture Hanging Strips are removable adhesive fasteners that let you hang frames up to 10 pounds without nails, tools, or wall damage.

These strips come as a value 2-pack with 32 pairs (64 total strips), designed to simplify hanging and rearranging artwork, mirrors, and organizers across many smooth surfaces. The system clicks together for a secure hold and peels away cleanly when you change your décor—making them ideal for renters, seasonal displays, and gallery walls where preservation of paint and finishes matters.

How much weight and frame size can these strips support?

When you use four pairs (eight strips) as recommended, the strips safely hold frames up to 10 pounds and measuring up to about 18 x 24 inches. Smaller displays may require fewer pairs, and heavier or larger pieces should use a different hanging solution.

• Four pairs (8 strips) = up to 10 lb weight capacity
• Recommended maximum frame dimension: 18 x 24 inches
• Use additional strips or alternate hardware for larger/heavier items
• Test hold on unfamiliar surfaces before final placement

Which surfaces are safe to use these Command strips on?

The adhesive is formulated for a wide range of smooth, finished surfaces—painted walls, metal, tile, glass, laminate, and finished wood respond well when installed according to instructions. Avoid rough, porous, or unpainted drywall where adhesion may be compromised.

• Works on painted walls, finished wood, metal, glass, tile, laminate
• Also suitable for doors, cabinets, and some furniture faces
• Not recommended for textured, rough, or unprimed porous surfaces
• Clean surface first to remove dust, oil, or moisture for best bond

How do I install and remove the picture hanging strips?

Installation is tool-free: click matching strip halves together, stick one half to the frame and the other to the wall, then press firmly. To remove, gently peel the frame off and slowly stretch the adhesive strip downward at least 12 inches to release—this minimizes wall damage and leaves no sticky residue.

• Click paired strips together before placing on frame
• Press firmly against surface for at least 30 seconds for a secure bond
• To remove: peel frame away, then stretch strip straight down at least 12 inches
• Bend the tab 90° to lift liner edge when preparing strips

Can I reuse these strips or save extras for later projects?

Command picture hanging strips are designed for single-use adhesion for highest reliability; plan to replace strips when you move or rehang items. The 2-pack includes 32 pairs so you can build gallery walls and keep spare pairs for seasonal or future decor swaps.

• Designed for one-time secure use per attachment
• Keep extras on hand for redecorating and seasonal swaps
• Store unused strips in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive
• Replace strips if used on heavy or high-traffic items for safety
