CIVPOWER Neck Fan Portable Wearable Bladeless Fan — White, USB Rechargeable 4000mAh, 3 Speeds

The CIVPOWER Neck Fan is a rechargeable, bladeless wearable fan designed to deliver hands-free personal cooling with three adjustable speeds and up to 16 hours of runtime.

Compact and styled like a pair of headphones, this white CIVPOWER portable neck fan uses 78 air vents, turbo blade technology and a multi-stage air duct to circulate gentle airflow around your face and neck. The 4000 mAh battery charges over USB and supports a wide range of devices, making it practical for commutes, outdoor activities, the gym, or just cooling down at your desk.

How does the CIVPOWER Neck Fan keep me cool without exposed blades?

The bladeless design directs air through 78 vents and a specialized wind-hole structure so you feel an even, softer breeze instead of a direct puff. That makes the fan safer around hair and easier to wear for longer periods.

• 78 vents and turbo fan blades for distributed airflow
• Bladeless outlet area to reduce hair entanglement
• Soft silicone and ABS construction for comfortable contact

What battery life and charging options does it offer?

Built-in 4000 mAh battery supports variable runtimes depending on fan speed — from several hours on high to up to 16 hours on low. The fan charges via USB, so you can use a laptop, power bank, or phone charger for convenient top-ups.

• 4000 mAh internal battery for extended use
• USB charging compatible with common adapters and power banks
• Three speed settings to balance airflow and runtime

Is it comfortable to wear and quiet enough for work or travel?

Yes — the CIVPOWER Neck Fan uses a multi-stage air duct design and upgraded components to minimize operating noise. The lightweight, headphone-style shape and skin-friendly materials make it suitable for reading, working, or commuting without distraction.

• Low-noise performance for study and office environments
• Lightweight, ergonomic form fits around the neck without pressure
• Finish in ABS and silicone for soft contact with skin

How portable and versatile is this wearable fan?

The fan’s compact profile and hands-free format make it ideal for indoor and outdoor use — from exercising and gardening to travel and daily errands. It’s simple to tuck into a bag and to power from common USB sources while on the move.

• Headphone-style wearable design for mobility
• Works while charging from computers, power banks, or adapters
• Suitable for outdoor activities, gym sessions, commuting, and home use

Who is this for: The CIVPOWER Neck Fan is built for anyone who wants unobtrusive, portable cooling — commuters, office workers, active travelers, parents, and outdoor enthusiasts. If you value hands-free comfort, long battery life, and a safer bladeless design for wearing around the neck, this fan provides a practical, rechargeable solution to stay comfortable on the go.
