CHOMPSHOP, INC. ChompSaw Cardboard Cutter — Kid-Friendly, Ages 3+ Blade-Free Safe Cutting for Classroom & Crafts

The CHOMPSHOP ChompSaw is a child-safe electric cardboard cutter that makes straight lines, curves, and 3D slots without exposed blades, designed for creative projects and classroom use.

The ChompSaw Cardboard Cutter from CHOMPSHOP, INC. is a ready-to-use, kid-focused power tool engineered to slice cardboard, paper, fabric, felt, and craft foam up to 3mm thick using a high-speed hole-punching head instead of a spinning blade. It ships with everything needed to get started — an integrated adapter under the lid, a cutting mat, punch and scoring tools, a starter box, and a drawer that collects shavings. Built to meet ASTM F963, CPSC, CPSIA, and CA Prop 65 safety standards, it operates at a modest 70–75 dB and is intended for supervised use by ages 3 and up.

How does the ChompSaw cut cardboard safely without a blade?

The device uses a high-speed hole punch mechanism that removes material cleanly to form straight cuts, curves, and interlocking 3D slots. Because there are no exposed sharp edges or spinning blades, the risk of direct contact injuries is minimized. A molded safety guard further reduces fingertip access while still allowing children to guide projects.

• High-speed hole punch replaces rotating blades for safer cutting
• No exposed sharp parts; includes molded safety guard
• Built-in drawer collects cardboard shavings for neat workspaces
• Measured sound output of 70–75 dB for classroom-friendly noise levels
