CHIKE High Protein Iced Coffee Sampler delivers a ready-to-mix iced coffee with 20g whey protein and two shots of real espresso per packet for a low-calorie, high-energy pick-me-up.

Whether you want a protein boost with your coffee or a lower-sugar alternative to specialty drinks, this sampler pack lets you taste six distinct varieties. Each single-serve packet mixes into a 120-calorie iced beverage that’s gluten free, keto-friendly, and free from artificial colors or flavors. The six-packet assortment includes Mocha, Vanilla, Original, Caramel, Triple Shot Espresso & Cream, plus one surprise flavor so you can try multiple profiles before committing.

How does CHIKE combine coffee and protein without tasting chalky?

CHIKE pairs non-GMO whey protein with real espresso and formulates the mix for smooth texture and rich flavor. The blend is crafted to dissolve easily into cold water or milk, minimizing graininess and aftertaste.

• 20g of whey protein per serving for a creamy mouthfeel
• Two shots of authentic espresso (150mg caffeine) for robust coffee flavor
• Flavor profiles that mask typical protein bitterness for a dessert-like sip
• No artificial colors or flavors to keep taste natural

Can this replace my morning coffee or post-workout shake?

Yes — CHIKE works as a hybrid option for both routines. With 150mg caffeine, it matches the stimulation of about two espresso shots, while delivering substantial protein to support muscle repair after exercise.

• Use as a pre-workout energy boost or a post-workout protein source
• Only 120 calories and 1g sugar per serving for lower-calorie swaps
• Quick single-serve packets for grab-and-go convenience
• Mixes well with water, milk, or milk alternatives

What are the nutritional highlights and dietary considerations?

Each packet provides a high-protein, low-sugar composition suitable for many lifestyle plans. The formula is gluten free and keto-friendly, but it relies on whey protein, so it’s not vegan.

• 20 grams of non-GMO whey protein per serving
• Approximately 120 calories and 1 gram sugar
• 150 mg caffeine from two shots of real espresso
• Gluten free, no artificial colors or flavors; not suitable for strict vegans

How do I prepare a packet for the best iced coffee experience?

Preparation is fast and flexible: pour the packet into a shaker or glass, add cold water or your preferred milk, and stir or shake until fully dissolved. Adjust liquid volume and ice to reach your desired strength and creaminess.

• Mix with 8–12 oz cold water or milk for preferred intensity
• Shake or stir thoroughly to avoid clumps
• Add ice for an iced beverage or blend with frozen ice for a frappe-style drink
• Customize with extra milk, a splash of creamer, or sweetener as desired

Who is this for: The CHIKE High Protein Iced Coffee Sampler is designed for busy adults, fitness enthusiasts, and coffee lovers who want a convenient, lower-sugar way to get both caffeine and substantial protein. It’s ideal if you’re experimenting with flavors before choosing a favorite, need a portable post-workout option, or want to replace higher-calorie coffeehouse drinks without sacrificing taste.
