Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus Fuel System Cleaner — 20 oz (6-Pack), PEA Deep Clean

Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus is a concentrated fuel-system cleaner in 20 oz bottles (pack of 6) formulated to remove carbon deposits from injectors, intake ports, and combustion chambers.

Engine deposits build up over time and can drag down fuel economy, throttle response, and idle smoothness. Chevron's Techron Concentrate Plus uses a PEA-based chemistry to target stubborn varnish and carbon that typical detergents miss, and it’s designed to be compatible with conventional gasoline as well as ethanol blends including E85. Use it as a periodic maintenance treatment or before emissions testing to help restore performance and improve drivability.

How does Techron Concentrate Plus clean my vehicle's fuel system?

The formula works by dissolving and loosening carbon, varnish, and other deposits that accumulate on fuel injectors, intake valves, and inside combustion chambers. Regular use breaks down build-up so components can deliver fuel and air more efficiently.

• Targets deposits on injectors, intake ports, and combustion surfaces
• Uses PEA-based chemistry proven for deep cleaning
• Helps restore spray patterns and proper fuel atomization

Will this product improve fuel economy and drivability?

Cleaning deposits can reduce restrictions and restore proper engine function, which often leads to better throttle response and improved fuel economy. Results depend on vehicle condition and severity of deposits, but many users notice smoother idle and crisper acceleration after treatment.

• Can help recover lost power and acceleration
• Reduces hesitation, rough idle, and engine surge
• Helps fuel gauge sensors and other fuel-related components operate more consistently

Is Techron Concentrate Plus safe for ethanol fuels and modern engines?

This formula is compatible with gasoline mixtures that contain ethanol, including flex-fuel blends such as E85. It’s formulated for use in fuel-injected engines and is intended for routine maintenance when used according to your vehicle’s owner manual.

• Safe for use with ethanol-containing fuels and flex-fuel vehicles
• Suitable for fuel-injected engines and many modern powertrains
• Follow manufacturer fuel and service recommendations for best results

How often should I use this cleaner and how do I use it?

A single 20 oz bottle treats a typical fuel tank; frequency depends on driving habits and fuel quality. Many drivers add it every few tanks as preventive care or use it every 3,000–5,000 miles for routine maintenance, but always consult your vehicle's manual for guidance.

• Add the bottle to a nearly full tank for best dispersion
• One bottle per treatment; repeat based on driving conditions
• Works as a one-time intensive clean or as part of regular maintenance

Who is this for: Chevron Techron Concentrate Plus 20 oz (pack of 6) is aimed at owners and fleet managers who want a concentrated, professional-grade fuel-system cleaner to maintain performance, combat carbon build-up, and support fuel stability. It’s a practical choice for drivers of gasoline and flex-fuel vehicles looking for periodic maintenance or a prep treatment before emissions testing or long trips.
