Champion Sports Youth Steel Softball Face Mask - Pink, Adjustable Harness & Open-Bar Vision

This youth-sized steel face mask blends classic protection with modern comfort features so young players can focus on the game. The open-bar design maximizes sightlines for tracking fly balls and fast grounders, while an adjustable harness, movable chin cup, and removable sweat liner deliver a customizable fit. Available in multiple colors including pink, this mask is built to handle practices and games both indoors and out.

How does this mask keep sightlines clear during play?

The mask uses an open-bar steel design to minimize visual obstruction. Bars are positioned to protect without blocking peripheral vision, helping fielders react quickly to pop-ups, line drives, and base runners.

• Open design preserves a wide field of vision for tracking the ball.
• Low-profile bars reduce blind spots compared with bulkier shields.
• Available in youth sizing to align with smaller faces and eye lines.

Will it stay comfortable and secure for an entire game?

Yes — the adjustable harness and back opening let you fine-tune the fit so the mask sits snugly without pinching. A movable chin cup prevents clipping, and the removable liner wicks sweat for cooler wear during long innings.

• Adjustable harness with back opening adapts to head size and hair styles.
• Movable chin cup reduces pressure points and improves stability.
• Removable sweat-wicking liner keeps the interior dry and easy to clean.

How durable is the construction for regular practices and games?

Constructed from steel, the fielder's mask delivers reinforced strength to withstand impacts and repeated use. The finish resists dings and maintains appearance, making it a reliable choice for season-long wear.

• Steel frame provides robust impact resistance compared with plastics.
• Sturdy welds and coating help the mask hold up through frequent play.
• Multiple color options keep teams coordinated while protecting players.

Can this mask work with common hairstyles and gear?

The design includes a ponytail opening and a rear harness that accommodates different hair lengths and styles. It fits comfortably with most sunglasses, face paint, and team hats used during warmups or non-contact drills.

• Ponytail slot routes hair to prevent interference with vision.
• Rear opening and harness allow simple adjustments with helmets or caps.
• Available in youth and adult sizing for players at different levels.
