Carhartt Insulated Lunch Cooler – Compact Black 8x11x4, Fully Insulated & Water-Resistant

Whether you’re headed to school, the jobsite, or a long commute, this rugged lunch cooler is built to protect your meal and make packing simple. Constructed from 600-denier polyester with a water-repellent finish and a wipe-clean insulated lining, it balances everyday toughness with practical features like a mesh zipper pocket and a wide top opening. At 8" x 11" x 4" the cooler is small enough to ride on the outside of your pack or slide inside the main compartment without taking over your gear.

How does the clip-on design save space in my backpack?

The top handle includes a hook that fastens to any Carhartt backpack strap or handle loop so the cooler rides externally. That leaves the main compartment free for books, a laptop, or tools while keeping lunch accessible without rummaging.

• Hook attaches to backpack straps and handle loops for external carry
• Dimensions fit standard backpack main sections when packed inside
• Grab handle makes it easy to remove without unpacking surrounding items

Will this cooler keep food cold for a full school or work shift?

The insulated interior slows temperature change so cold meals and drinks stay chilled from packing time through lunch or break. The lining wipes clean quickly after spills, making it ready for daily use without deep cleaning.

• Fully insulated interior for temperature retention
• Durable wipe-clean lining for fast maintenance
• Interior zippered mesh pocket for an ice pack or utensils

Is the lunch cooler weather resistant and durable enough for daily use?

Yes — the exterior fabric is heavy-duty 600-denier polyester treated with a Rain Defender durable water repellent so light rain beads off the surface. A strong zipper and workwear-grade construction make it suitable for school days, commutes, and outdoor jobsite conditions.

• 600-denier polyester shell for abrasion resistance
• Rain Defender DWR sheds light rain and moisture
• Heavy-duty zipper secures contents and blocks the elements

How fast is it to pack and organize everyday items?

The wide top opening gives full access to the main compartment so loading containers takes seconds rather than fiddling through a narrow mouth. A zippered mesh pocket keeps small items like snacks, condiments, utensils, or an ice pack separate and easy to find.

• Large top-loading zipper for quick access
• Interior mesh pocket for organized small items
• Compact footprint that slips into lockers or shelves
