CAPALOCA 5x7 Washable Nursery Area Rug – Pink Floral, Low-Pile, Non-Slip

CAPALOCA 5x7 washable nursery girls low-pile area rug is a soft, machine-washable polyester rug with a faded floral print, non-slip backing, and low-pile construction for kid- and pet-friendly spaces.

This 5-by-7-foot CAPALOCA rug blends cheerful pink tones and a muted floral motif created with modern digital printing. Designed for everyday family life, it balances a decorative look with low maintenance: the polyester surface feels gentle underfoot, sheds minimally, and can be refreshed in a washing machine. A textured non-slip backing keeps the rug steady in playrooms, bedrooms, and high-traffic zones.

How does this rug fit into a nursery or girl's bedroom?

The CAPALOCA floral rug adds color and pattern without overwhelming a room. Its soft low-pile surface gives a cushioned feel for toddlers while staying low-profile enough for furniture and toy cars to glide across easily.

• 5 x 7 ft footprint suits under cribs, toy areas, or in front of dressers
• Muted pink and floral motif complements pastel and modern palettes
• Low pile keeps tripping hazards low and makes moving furniture simple

Is it easy to clean and maintain for busy families?

Yes — this rug is made of polyester and supports machine washing, which simplifies care after spills or messy play. For day-to-day upkeep, a vacuum or a sweeper removes surface dirt quickly, while deeper cleaning can be handled in a household washer according to care instructions.

• Machine-washable polyester construction for periodic deep cleaning
• Low-pile fibers trap less hair and debris than shag rugs
• Vacuum-friendly design speeds routine maintenance

Will it stay in place and be safe for children and pets?

The rug features a non-slip backing that reduces movement and helps prevent slips on smooth floors. The low-pile, anti-shedding surface is kinder to pet owners and families who prefer minimal loose fibers around play areas.

• Non-slip backing provides stability on hardwood, tile, and laminate
• Low-shedding fabric keeps floors cleaner and limits lint build-up
• Durable weave handles everyday foot traffic and play

What should I expect after delivery regarding creases or packaging?

Because the rug is compressed for shipping, light creases can appear but typically relax after being unrolled. Laying the rug flat for 2–3 days or gently reversing the roll will help any folds smooth out without special tools.

• Normal transit creasing: lay flat for 48–72 hours to flatten
• Light pressing with a cool iron over a cloth can reduce stubborn folds
• If needed, use gentle weight at edges to encourage smoothing

Who is this for: The CAPALOCA 5x7 pink low-pile rug is ideal for parents and caregivers who want a visually appealing, easy-care floor covering for girls’ bedrooms, nurseries, playrooms, or family areas. It fits households with pets or active children where stain resistance, low shedding, and a secure non-slip backing are priorities, and it works well for anyone seeking a feminine floral accent without the upkeep of high-pile rugs.
