Canon PIXMA G6020 MegaTank Wireless All-in-One Printer — Black, High-Yield Ink & Duplex

The Canon PIXMA G6020 is a wireless MegaTank all-in-one printer that delivers extremely high page yields, low running costs, and simple mobile printing for home or small office use.

Designed to eliminate frequent cartridge changes, the PIXMA G6020 combines refillable high-capacity ink tanks with copy and scan functions, a compact two-line LCD, and networked connectivity. With included extra black ink and an optical resolution up to 1200 x 2400 dpi, this model focuses on economical everyday document printing while still producing vivid color photos when needed.

How does the PIXMA G6020 save money on ink?

The MegaTank system uses large refillable reservoirs instead of disposable cartridges, cutting ongoing ink expenses. Canon supplies multiple bottles in the box and the printer can reach very high page yields per refill, reducing replacement frequency and total ink spend.

• Includes extra black ink bottles for immediate use and longer first-life printing.
• Single ink set can print up to thousands of black or color pages.
• Refill bottles are less costly per page than cartridge replacements.

Can I print from my phone or use voice assistants with this printer?

Yes — the G6020 supports mobile printing and works with common cloud and mobile apps so you can print from phones, tablets, and laptops. The unit also integrates with voice platforms like Alexa for simple voice-initiated print tasks when configured on your network.

• Wi‑Fi connectivity for direct mobile and cloud printing.
• Compatibility with Canon mobile apps and AirPrint/Android printing protocols.
• Alexa support for basic voice print commands once set up.

What print quality and paper types does it handle?

The PIXMA G6020 produces crisp black text ideal for documents and respectable color photo output for casual prints. It supports borderless photo printing and multiple standard media sizes, with an optical scan resolution suited for everyday archiving and copies.

• Optical scan resolution up to 1200 x 2400 dpi for detailed scans.
• Borderless photo printing for photos without margins.
• Auto two-sided printing and standard paper handling for envelopes, glossy photo paper and plain paper.

How does the G6020 fit into a busy home or small office workflow?

The all-in-one design keeps copying and scanning tasks in-house and reduces interruptions for ink changes. A modest footprint, a simple control display, and automatic duplexing help streamline routine print jobs and lower total operating costs.

• Auto 2-sided printing saves paper for duplex documents.
• 2-line LCD for quick status checks and job management.
• Reliable daily throughput with high page-yield ink bottles.

Who is this for: The Canon PIXMA G6020 suits households, freelancers, and small offices that prioritize low-cost, high-volume printing with occasional color photo needs. If you want to cut ink expenses, minimize maintenance interruptions, and keep scanning and copying in the same machine, this model is a practical, budget-conscious choice.
