Canon luster photo paper 8.5x11 letter 50-sheet pack — LU-101 LTR, fast-drying textured finish for vivid color

Canon LU-101 LTR is a 50-sheet pack of letter-size luster photo paper made to deliver vivid color, a soft tactile finish, and reduced glare for high-quality inkjet prints.

Designed for photographers, hobbyists, and anyone who wants professional-looking prints from a desktop printer, this Canon luster paper balances image vibrancy with a subtle textured surface. It accepts ink cleanly for accurate color reproduction and dries quickly to help prevent smudging. The sheet size fits standard letter printers, making it convenient for announcements, portraits, proofs, and personal photo projects.

How will this paper affect my photo colors and contrast?

The LU-101 LTR is formulated to hold rich hues and preserve shadow detail so prints look vivid without oversaturation. The ink-receiving coating helps ink sit on the surface rather than soak in, which keeps colors crisp and accurate.

• Coated surface optimizes color density and tonal range
• Fast-drying finish reduces blotches and smears
• Reliable color consistency across sheets for batch printing

Will the luster finish reduce reflections and fingerprints?

The subtle texture of the luster finish diffuses light, minimizing glare compared with glossy papers while maintaining good visual punch. Its surface also hides fingerprints better than glossy alternatives, so handling and display are easier without visible smudges.

• Textured finish scatters light to cut down on reflections
• Less prone to visible fingerprints during handling
• Ideal for framed displays and albums where glare is a concern

Which projects is this paper best suited for?

This Canon luster paper is versatile enough for portraits, wedding proofs, family photos, and fine-art reproductions where a refined surface is preferred. Because it fits letter-size printers, it works well for small portfolios, client proofs, and at-home keepsakes without needing specialty equipment.

• Portraits and wedding photography proofs with lifelike skin tones
• Fine-art reproductions that require subtle surface texture
• At-home prints, portfolios, and proofing on standard letter printers

How should I handle and store these sheets to get the best results?

Keep the sheets flat and in their original packaging until use to avoid curling or dust contamination. Allow prints to dry fully before stacking, and store unused sheets in a cool, dry place to preserve coating performance and prevent moisture damage.

• Store flat in original pack to prevent warping
• Let prints dry fully before stacking or framing
• Avoid humid or hot storage environments to maintain coating quality
