Callaway Supersoft Golf Balls, 2023 White — Ultra-soft feel & longer distance

Callaway Supersoft Golf Balls (2023, White) are ultra-soft, long-distance golf balls engineered to deliver a marshmallow-like feel off the clubface while preserving control and spin around the green.

These 2023 Supersofts combine Callaway's HyperElastic SoftFast Core with a hybrid cover to produce more ball speed from slower swing speeds, yet maintain a very soft impact sensation that golfers crave. The design targets players who want forgiving distance without sacrificing feel and wedge control. Performance elements focus on low spin off the driver for longer carry and more targeted spin on short shots for better stopping power.

How do Supersofts create distance without feeling hard?

Callaway uses a HyperElastic SoftFast Core that compresses easily on impact, generating ball speed while keeping a soft touch. The core's energy return helps maximize carry even at modest swing speeds.

• HyperElastic SoftFast Core for increased ball speed
• Low-compression design for a soft impact feel
• Engineered to perform well for moderate swing speeds

Will these balls give me better control around the green?

The hybrid cover construction is tuned to provide exceptional feel and spin on wedge and short iron shots. That balance helps the ball check up on approach shots without feeling firm when putting.

• Hybrid cover for enhanced wedge spin and soft touch
• Consistent short-game feedback for shot-shaping and distance control
• Durability that preserves feel through multiple rounds

What does “exceptional feel” mean on the course?

"Exceptional feel" refers to a noticeably softer impact both from full swings and around the greens, offering better feedback on contact. That tactile sensation helps players judge shot quality and improves putter feel on the green.

• Soft response on full shots and chips
• Improved feedback for cleaner contact and confidence
• Balanced sound and compression at impact

How durable are these balls for repeated play?

The hybrid cover provides a blend of spin performance and resilience, so the balls maintain playability through multiple rounds. While softer covers will show scuffs faster than firmer models, Supersofts are engineered to last under normal course conditions.

• Hybrid cover resists cuts and maintains feel
• Built to retain performance across several rounds
• Best care: avoid heavy impacts with cart wheels or hard surfaces
