The Caliart 153-Pack Deluxe Drawing Art Set is a complete, portable wooden case filled with pencils, pastels, watercolors, crayons and accessories designed to kickstart creative projects for beginners and hobbyists.

This all-in-one collection bundles a wide range of drawing and painting tools in a robust wooden box that keeps everything organized and ready to use. The set mixes dry and wet media—colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolor cakes and crayons—alongside sketch pads, brushes and practical accessories so you can experiment with techniques without hunting for missing supplies. Materials are ASTM and EN71 compliant, and the kit is sized and packed for storage or travel.

What tools are included and how do they expand my technique options?

The kit supplies multiple media so you can practice shading, blending, layering and basic washes. It lets users move from line work and sketching to color blocking and simple watercolor layering all within one case.

• 24 colored pencils for fine lines and layering.
• 24 oil pastels useful for textured blending and bold color.
• 24 watercolor cakes plus 3 eight-well palettes for washes and mixing.
• 60 crayons for quick fills, 2 sketching pencils, 2 paint brushes and sandpaper blocks for sharpening and texture.

How portable and organized is the wooden art case for travel or classrooms?

The wooden box is designed for neat storage and easy transport; components sit in dedicated compartments so nothing rattles loose. Its compact footprint fits a backpack shelf or classroom cubby, making it simple to bring supplies to lessons, park sessions or creative meetups.

• Sturdy wooden case with a secure closure keeps supplies protected.
• Individual slots and trays reduce clutter and speed setup.
• Lightweight enough for a child to carry and roomy enough for adult hobbyists.

Are the materials safe and suitable for kids and beginners?

All art media in the set meet common safety standards (ASTM D-4236 and EN71), so they’re formulated with non-toxic ingredients appropriate for supervised use by children. The kit is curated to serve learners: it contains entry-level tools that encourage experimentation without requiring advanced technique.

• Non-toxic materials suitable for children and family use.
• Includes sandpaper sharpener, eraser, and a ruler for basic craftsmanship.
• Comes with two A4 sketch pads (30 sheets each) for practicing sketches and studies.

How does this set work as a gift or starter kit for new artists?

The combination of variety and presentation makes this an attractive gift: the wooden case feels special while the 153 pieces provide immediate creative options. It covers enough bases to support different interests—drawing, coloring, pastel work and simple watercolor—so a recipient can explore favorite techniques.

• Attractive wooden presentation box suitable for gifting.
• Includes a small coloring book to inspire first projects.
• Great for birthdays, holidays, classroom prizes, or starter art kits.
