C&AHOME 16-Cube Storage Organizer Shelving Unit, Black — Modular 48×48 in, Tool-Free Assembly

The C&AHOME 16 Cube Storage Organizer is a modular, black cube shelving unit that creates tidy, customizable storage and display space for books, toys, décor and bins.

This 16-cube organizer pairs a lightweight plastic shell with a sturdy metal frame and ABS connectors to deliver a versatile storage solution for living rooms, bedrooms, nurseries and small offices. Each cube measures 11.8" square internally, and the full unit stands approximately 48.4" wide by 48" tall, providing large-capacity, visible compartments that fit many standard fabric bins and household items.

How much weight and what items can each cube hold?

Each compartment is designed for everyday household storage and supports up to about 11 pounds per cube when assembled correctly. The combination of a metal frame, PP panels and ABS connectors gives stable support for items like books, small appliances and decorative objects.

• Individual cube interior: 11.8" L × 11.8" W × 11.8" H
• Maximum safe load: roughly 11 lbs per cube
• Good for books, folded clothes, toys, small plants, storage bins

How easy is it to assemble and reconfigure the unit?

The organizer is built for tool-free assembly using the included manual and a soft mallet. Panels snap into ABS corner connectors and slide onto the metal frame, so you can build the standard 4x4 configuration or create alternative shapes by combining multiple sets.

• Includes instructional manual and wooden mallet for tapping connectors
• Modular design allows different layouts and expansion with extra kits
• Quick disassembly makes moving or storage straightforward

Will it fit my space and common storage bins?

The full unit measures about 48.4" wide × 12.4" deep × 48" high, making it suitable for many rooms without consuming excessive floor area. Each cube fits storage bins up to roughly 11" square, so most fabric or plastic bins with smaller dimensions will slide in easily.

• Overall dimensions: 48.4" × 12.4" × 48" (W × D × H)
• Cube internal size fits bins smaller than 11" × 11"
• Shallow depth works well as a bookshelf, room divider, or entryway organizer

What materials and finish does the shelf use, and how does that affect care?

The unit combines PP (polypropylene) plastic panels with a powder-coated metal frame and ABS corner connectors for a lightweight yet stable structure. The black finish hides scuffs and coordinates with many decors; wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap when needed.

• Materials: PP panels, metal frame, ABS connectors
• Black finish for a modern, neutral look
• Simple maintenance: wipe with damp cloth, avoid harsh solvents
