Byondeth Adjustable Curtain Rod 16–144 in Matte Black with Aluminum Finials — 1-inch Diameter, Heavy-Duty Support

Byondeth Curtain Rods are a heavy-duty, fully adjustable metal window rod system that extends from 16 to 144 inches and includes aluminium finials for a modern matte-black finish.

This telescoping curtain rod set is designed to cover a wide range of window and sliding-door widths while offering durable support and a clean, contemporary look. Built from thick metal sections that screw together, the Byondeth rod provides a secure 1-inch-diameter track for grommet, tab-top, back-tab and rod-pocket curtains. It ships with brackets, anchors, screws and a simple three-step assembly so you can fit curtains across small windows or long expanses without a tension mechanism.

How does the adjustable length work for different window sizes?

The Byondeth system uses nine interlocking metal sections that screw together to create a continuous rod, allowing precise length selection between 16 and 144 inches. Because sections overlap and fasten, you get incremental adjustment without wobble, and you can trim configuration to suit windows from large bedrooms to patio doors.

• Expandable range: 16" to 144" overall length.
• Recommended coverage: fits windows 20" to 138" wide for proper curtain overlap.
• Assembly: nine sectional rods that screw into one another — not two long poles.

Will the rod support my curtains and keep them from sagging?

Yes—the rod is made from 0.6 mm thick metal with a full 1" diameter and is rated to hold up to 50 pounds when properly installed. Sturdy brackets that bolt to the wall reduce sagging and maintain a straight line, even with heavier drapes or layered window treatments.

• Durable construction: 0.6mm metal thickness and 1" diameter tubing.
• Weight capacity: supports up to 50 lb when mounted with supplied hardware.
• Overlapping screw joints reinforce length and prevent bending under load.

What does the bracket clearance and finish mean for installation and style?

The adjustable heavy-duty brackets offer 2" to 3.5" clearance from the wall, creating space behind curtains to improve light control and prevent fabric rubbing against surfaces. A matte-black rod paired with aluminium finials suits Nordic, industrial or modern interiors without overpowering other decor elements.

• Bracket projection: 2"–3.5" to keep curtains off the wall.
• Finish: matte black rod with sleek aluminium finials for versatile styling.
• Compatible with multiple curtain types: grommet, tab, pocket and back-tab.

How easy is it to install and what hardware is included?

Installation follows a simple three-step process: splice the rod sections together, mount the brackets, and place the finished rod into position. The set includes brackets, screws, drywall anchors and a user manual to guide a typical do-it-yourself install without specialized tools.

• Included: brackets, screws, drywall anchors, and instructions.
• Assembly: quick splice-and-screw sectional design — no tension required.
• Tools needed: basic screwdriver and drill for drywall anchors.
