BugMD Flea and Tick Spray for Dogs — 16 oz Refillable Kit (32oz) plant-powered, kills & repels on contact

BugMD Flea and Tick Spray for Dogs is a plant-powered spray that kills fleas and ticks on contact and continues repelling them on your dog and in your home.

Designed as a fast-acting, refillable solution, this spray blends cedarwood, rosemary, geranium, lemongrass, and thyme essential oils to control fleas and ticks without relying on permethrin or heavy synthetic pesticides. The kit includes a 16 oz refillable spray bottle plus two concentrated 3.7 oz bottles that mix with water to create 32 ounces of ready-to-use product. Use it directly on dogs (when diluted and used as directed), and around the home to reduce pest populations at source.

How quickly will I see results on my dog?

When applied correctly, the formula is intended to kill fleas and ticks on contact, so you can expect immediate knockdown of visible pests. Results depend on infestation level and thoroughness of application.

• Visible fleas or ticks should be immobilized or removed right away.
• Repeat applications help break the life cycle by targeting newly hatched fleas.
• Spot-test a small area first; dilute and follow label directions for puppies and seniors.

Can I use this spray throughout my home and on bedding?

Yes — the product is formulated for both pet and environmental use to address fleas that live in carpets, pet beds, furniture, and baseboards. Treating the environment helps reduce re-infestation risks by targeting eggs and larvae in hiding places.

• Use on carpets, rugs, pet beds, floors, furniture, and kennels as directed.
• Allow treated surfaces to dry before allowing pets back onto them if label advises.
• Reapply to high-traffic or nesting areas to maintain control over time.

What makes this a plant-powered alternative to chemical treatments?

BugMD combines essential oils—cedarwood, rosemary, geranium, lemongrass, and thyme—that act together to repel and reduce pest activity. The formulation is intended to provide a botanical option for pet owners seeking fewer synthetic ingredients in routine pest management.

• Contains a blend of essential oils chosen for insect-repellent properties.
• Formulated without permethrin; designed for topical and environmental use when used as directed.
• Works as part of an integrated approach alongside cleaning and vacuuming for best results.

How does the refill kit save money and reduce waste?

The package includes a refillable 16 oz spray bottle plus two 3.7 oz concentrates that mix to produce 32 oz of finished spray, so you refill rather than buying multiple single-use bottles. This setup lowers plastic waste and stretches the concentrated product across several applications.

• One kit makes 32 ounces—mix concentrates with water per label instructions.
• Refillable bottle reduces the need to repurchase full spray bottles.
• Concentrates allow targeted mixing for occasional or frequent use.

Who is this for? BugMD Flea and Tick Spray for Dogs is suited for pet owners who want a fast-acting, plant-based option to control fleas and ticks on dogs and in the home. It’s appropriate for households looking to reduce synthetic pesticide use, for treating carpets and pet bedding as well as applying topically to dogs when label directions are followed. Always read the full label before use, spot-test fabrics and your pet’s skin, and consult a veterinarian for puppies, pregnant animals, or pets with health concerns.
