Braun ThermoScan 7+ Connect digital ear thermometer for kids — Bluetooth, Age Precision & pre-warmed tip

Parents and caregivers looking for an easy, consistent way to monitor body temperature will appreciate the ThermoScan 7+ Connect. This digital ear thermometer combines a pre-warmed tip, an ExacTemp stability indicator, and Age Precision® Technology so readings are interpreted by age. It also pairs with the Braun Family Care™ app to log readings, create profiles, and set reminders — helping you keep track of fevers across every family member.

How does the ThermoScan 7+ Connect ensure accurate readings?

The device uses a pre-warmed tip and an ear-measurement site to reduce cooling effects and improve repeatability. The ExacTemp® stability indicator signals with a light and single beep when the probe is correctly positioned, so you know the measurement is reliable.

• Pre-warmed tip maintained near body temperature to limit cooling errors
• Ear placement favored for quick, consistent core-temperature approximation
• ExacTemp indicator (light + beep) confirms correct positioning
• Clinically validated comparisons to rectal readings in infants for trusted performance

What does Age Precision® Technology mean for interpreting results?

Age Precision® Technology adjusts fever thresholds based on the user’s age so one reading is interpreted differently for infants, toddlers, children, and adults. The thermometer displays color-coded results — green, yellow, or red — to help you quickly understand whether a temperature is normal, mildly elevated, or high for that age.

• Automatic age-based thresholds for clearer guidance
• Color-coded results for immediate interpretation: green, yellow, red
• Settings let you create individual profiles in the connected app for personalized tracking

How does the Bluetooth connection and app improve family care?

Bluetooth syncing sends each reading to the Braun Family Care™ app where you can store temperature history, add notes, and set medication reminders. The app organizes results by profile so caregivers can monitor trends over time and share data with healthcare providers if needed.

• Wireless sync of readings to phone for automated logs
• Multiple user profiles to track each family member separately
• Medication reminders and timestamped entries for accurate care records
• Ability to keep a family health journal with notes and trend views

Who is this for: The Braun ThermoScan 7+ Connect is aimed at parents, babysitters, and caregivers who want a fast, user-friendly way to take ear temperatures and keep a digital record. It suits households with infants through adults who prefer quick, repeatable ear measurements, and those who value app-based tracking for multiple people.
