Branch Basics Dishwasher Tablets - 60 ct Plastic-Free Pods, Plant-Based & Biodegradable

Branch Basics Dishwasher Tablets are plant- and mineral-based, plastic-free dishwasher tablets that cut grease and dissolve food residue while leaving no plastic film behind.

These 60-count dishwasher tablets are formulated to deliver a strong clean without synthetic fragrances, dyes, chlorine, sulfates, or plastic film. They use plant-based binders and mineral actives to soften water, lift stuck-on food, and rinse residue away. Independently vetted by EWG, MadeSafe, and Leaping Bunny, the tablets are designed for households seeking an effective, lower-impact alternative to conventional pods.

How well do these tablets clean everyday pots, pans, and dishes?

The tablets are built to tackle grease, dried-on food, and everyday grime using a concentrated plant + mineral formula. In typical dishwasher cycles they cut through residue and rinse clear, leaving no synthetic film.

• Formulation: plant-based surfactants with mineral builders to soften water.
• Performance: targets grease and stuck-on food for standard and heavy cycles.
• Rinse: designed to dissolve fully, leaving no plastics or film behind.

Are these truly plastic-free and safe for sensitive households?

Yes — the tablets are PVA-free and made without plastic wrapping or synthetic additives. They avoid fragrances, essential oils, dyes, and common irritants, making them a fit for people preferring milder cleaning products.

• No plastic film or PVA: reduces microplastic release into wastewater.
• Free from phthalates, chlorine, ammonia, sulfates, and synthetic fragrances.
• Third-party verifications: EWG Verified, MadeSafe Certified, and Leaping Bunny.

How do I use and store the tablets for best results?

Use one tablet per full dishwasher load by placing it in the main detergent dispenser. Close the dispenser, choose your preferred cycle, and run the dishwasher. Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch to preserve potency.

• Dosage: one tablet per load; increase for heavily soiled loads if needed.
• Compatibility: works with standard and high-efficiency dishwashers.
• Storage: keep pouch sealed and dry to prevent premature dissolving.

What about environmental impact and disposal?

The tablets are formulated to biodegrade and are free from microplastic-releasing films. Their plant-based binder and biodegradable ingredients reduce synthetic waste compared with conventional wrapped pods.

• Biodegradable formula: breaks down after use, lowering environmental load.
• No PVA or plastic film: avoids common microplastic pollution source.
• Packaging: resealable pouch reduces single-use waste compared to individually wrapped pods.

Who is this for: Branch Basics Dishwasher Tablets are suited to families, eco-conscious households, and anyone who wants dishwashing power without plastic film, synthetic fragrances, or harsh chemicals. They’re a practical choice for people with sensitive skin or scent sensitivities who still expect strong cleaning performance and independent safety certifications.
