How does Bouncie provide real-time location and trip history?

• Live map tracking with frequent position updates
• Unlimited trip history with detailed route playback
• Address lookups and time-stamped location points for each trip

What driving insights and safety alerts does it provide?

The device records speed, acceleration, hard braking, and idle time to create a driving profile for each trip. Alerts can be configured for unsafe events so owners and managers can address risky behavior quickly.

• Speed and acceleration monitoring to highlight risky driving
• Hard braking and rapid acceleration event notifications
• Color-coded speed bands and icons to visualize driving habits

How does Bouncie monitor vehicle health and detect incidents?

Bouncie reads onboard diagnostics through the OBD2 port to surface engine codes and potential maintenance issues before they escalate. Integrated impact sensors also detect collisions and can send SMS alerts to designated contacts.

• Continuous diagnostic engine data and fault code reporting
• Maintenance alerts to reduce downtime and unexpected repairs
• Accident detection with instant SMS notifications for quick response

Is installation and ongoing subscription straightforward?

Yes — installation is plug-and-play: simply insert the device into the vehicle’s OBD2 port. The service requires a single monthly subscription of $9.65 with no hidden activation or return fees, and you can cancel at any time.

• Plug-in OBD2 connection, compatible with most 1996+ vehicles
• $9.65 monthly plan, transparent billing and cancel-anytime policy
• No extra activation fees; app-based setup and management

Who is this for: Bouncie is built for drivers who want continuous visibility into where their vehicle is, how it’s being driven, and whether it needs maintenance—ideal for families wanting peace of mind, small business owners managing a few vehicles, and fleet managers seeking an affordable, data-rich tracking solution.
