BORNEW 2-Pack Agility Ladder & Training Set — 2 Nylon Ladders, Hurdles, Bands for Speed & Footwork

BORNEW 2 Pack Agility Ladder set is a portable speed and footwork training kit that includes two nylon ladders, adjustable hurdles, cones, resistance bands and a carry bag for all-around athletic drills.

This compact bundle brings a full suite of ground- and resistance-based tools for improving quickness, coordination and change-of-direction skills at home, on the field, or in the gym. Components are made from heavy-duty yet flexible materials designed for repeated sessions, and everything tucks into a single bag so you can train wherever you want.

How will this set improve my speed and footwork?

The ladder and hurdles create structured stepping patterns and reactive drills that sharpen cadence and ankle control, while the resistance bands add load for strength-speed work. Regular use builds neural efficiency for faster feet without requiring complex equipment.

• Two fixed-width nylon ladders for consistent step spacing
• PE rungs that resist abrasion and preserve ladder shape
• ABS hurdles that rotate 180° to change obstacle height quickly
• Latex resistance bands for added sprint or lateral strength

What comes in the box and how easy is it to set up?

The set arrives with every training piece you need plus a printed guide. Setup is fast: lay the ladder flat, place cones or hurdles, attach bands for partner or anchor work, and you’re ready in minutes—no tools required.

• Two agility ladders, multiple training cones and rotating hurdles
• Several resistance bands for progressive tension options
• Clear printed training guide with drills and progressions
• Compact carrying bag for storage and transport

Can I use this kit for team practice, youth players, or general fitness?

Yes — the set is versatile enough for individual athletes, small group drills, youth training and home workouts. Elements like low-profile cones and adjustable hurdles are appropriate for beginners, while the bands and ladder sequences scale up for advanced players.

• Scalable drills from beginner footwork to complex ladder patterns
• Durable components suited to outdoor turf, gym floors, or grass
• Safe fixed-width ladder design reduces tripping risk
• Portable bag supports coaches running sessions at multiple locations

How long will the equipment last and is there support if something breaks?

Materials were chosen for repeated use: high-strength nylon and PE rungs resist wear, ABS hurdles stand up to impact, and latex bands maintain elasticity with proper care. BORNEW backs the set with a one-year after-sales policy and responsive customer service to resolve issues quickly.

• Heavy-duty nylon ladder webbing for extended outdoor use
• PE rungs and ABS hurdles for impact and flex resistance
• Latex bands designed for continuous, stable resistance
• 1-year brand warranty and 24-hour customer response promise
