Bonide Vine & Stump Killer Concentrate 8 oz, 2-Pack — Applicator Tip, Low‑Waste Precision

Bonide Vine & Stump Killer With Applicator Concentrate is a liquid herbicide formulated for targeted treatment of unwanted vines, suckers and tree stumps, delivered with a built-in applicator for accurate, low-waste application.

This two-pack of 8-ounce concentrate bottles provides a compact, ready-to-use system for gardeners and property managers who need to treat regrowth, invasive vines, and persistent stump sprouts without broadcasting chemicals over desirable plants. The concentrate mixes for strong, localized control and the applicator tip helps place product where it's needed most. Store the spare bottle as a backup to handle multiple treatment points or future touch-ups around fences, foundations, and landscaped borders.

How does the built-in applicator improve treatment accuracy?

The integrated applicator tip is built to deliver the herbicide directly to the woody tissue, minimizing drips and overspray that could affect nearby plants. Its narrow tip enables contact on stems, stumps and root collars where systemic action is most effective. Users can apply small, measured amounts at multiple spots without diluting product control.

• Precision tip for direct placement on stems and stumps
• Reduces chemical contact with surrounding desirable plants
• Low-waste application—less runoff and fewer reapplications

What kinds of plants and situations is this concentrate intended for?

This formula is intended for woody vines, brush regrowth and stump sprouts rather than broad lawn or garden weed control. It’s commonly used on invasive vines, small tree stumps after cutting, and perennial woody suckers emerging from roots. The product is best applied to actively growing tissue for optimal uptake.

• Woody vines and climbing invasives
• Freshly cut stumps and persistent stump sprouts
• Basal and collar applications on suckers and brush regrowth

How should I prepare and mix the 8 oz concentrate?

Follow label directions to dilute the concentrate to the recommended strength for the target species and application method. Use clean water and mix only the amount you expect to apply to avoid storage of mixed solution. Wear appropriate protective gear and rinse applicator equipment after each use to prevent clogging or accidental transfer.

• Measure concentrate by label-specified ratios
• Mix in a well-ventilated area with clean water
• Clean applicator tip after use to maintain flow and accuracy

How long before I see effects and when can treated areas be reworked?

Visible wilting and decline typically occur within days to a few weeks depending on plant size, species and weather conditions. Large stumps and established woody roots may take longer to die back fully. Wait until tissue shows sustained decline before attempting stump grinding or replanting to avoid regrowth from intact roots.

• Smaller vines often discolor within days
• Stump and root systems may require weeks for complete dieback
• Only rework or replant after confirmed lack of regrowth
