BNX 16x20x1 Air Filter MERV 8 (6-Pack) — Electrostatic Pleated, Low Airflow Resistance, Made in USA

BNX TruFilter 16x20x1 MERV 8 is a six-pack of electrostatically charged pleated HVAC filters designed to trap common airborne particles while maintaining low airflow resistance.

These replacement filters fit most 16x20x1 HVAC, furnace and air conditioner slots (actual size 15 11/16" x 19 11/16" x 3/4") and are engineered with 100% synthetic media to outperform standard fiberglass options. Manufactured in Houston, TX by BNX Converting, LLC, the TruFilter line combines MERV 8 performance with an eco-conscious one-piece recycled cardboard frame and industry-leading low pressure drop.

How well does this filter remove dust and pet dander?

The TruFilter MERV 8 media captures a high percentage of common microscopic particles like dust, pet dander, lint and pollen while preserving airflow. It’s rated to capture many airborne particulates without the increased restriction of higher-MERV filters.

• Rated MERV 8 for effective particle capture
• Electrostatically charged synthetic media improves capture of fine particles
• Comparable to MPR 600–700 and FPR 5
• Designed to show noticeable air quality improvement in about 48 hours

Will this filter fit my HVAC or furnace correctly?

BNX TruFilter is made to match common 16x20x1 HVAC filter openings; the actual filter measures 15 11/16" x 19 11/16" x 3/4", which ensures a proper fit in standard housings. Verify your existing filter slot before ordering.

• Nominal size: 16x20x1 — actual size listed on product
• Slim 3/4" profile fits typical return vents and filter racks
• Sold in convenient six-packs for routine replacement

How is airflow affected and what about energy efficiency?

The synthetic electrostatic media is engineered for low airflow resistance, helping systems maintain efficiency while still filtering particles. Lower pressure drop can reduce strain on blowers and help sustain airflow comparable to standard filters.

• Industry-leading low pressure drop for MERV 8 filtration
• Electrostatic charge increases particle capture without choking airflow
• Suitable for systems that require a balance of filtration and airflow
