BLASTHOME Luxury Curtain Rings 18-Pack Brushed Gold, Heavy Metal Smooth-Glide with Removable Nylon Inserts

BlastHome Luxury Smooth Glide Curtain Rings are a set of 18 heavy metal, brushed-gold rings designed to slide quietly and securely on curtain rods up to 1 1/4" in diameter.

These premium curtain rings combine a substantial metal build with a removable nylon insert for friction reduction and rod protection. Finished in a warm brushed-gold tone using electroplating and controlled oxidation, each ring shows subtle variations that contribute to a refined, handcrafted look. The 1 1/2" inside diameter accommodates most standard curtains, and the design includes eyelets so you can use clips or pin hooks depending on your hanging preference.

How do these rings make curtains glide more smoothly?

The rings include a removable nylon sleeve that reduces rubbing against the rod and cuts down on noise. Because the insert can be reseated or replaced, it lasts longer than glued-in liners that may crack or discolor. For best performance, a very light application of lubricant on the rod will further improve glide.

• Removable nylon insert lowers friction and noise
• Heavy metal construction keeps rings steady on the rod
• Compatible with simple rod lubricants for ultra-smooth operation

Will these fit my existing curtain rod and curtains?

Each ring has a 1 1/2" inside diameter and fits curtain rods up to 1 1/4" thick, covering most residential and many commercial rods. The metal eyelet accepts standard pin hooks or clips, so you can hang pleated drapes or clip-top panels without changing hardware. Count 18 rings per pack — generally enough for two standard-sized panels depending on pleat density.

• 1 1/2" inside diameter works with rods ≤ 1 1/4"
• Eyelet accommodates pin hooks and removable clips
• 18 rings suitable for two average curtains or one full panel

How durable is the brushed-gold finish and metal construction?

The rings are cast from substantial metal for weight and durability, designed to resist bending or warping under normal use. The brushed-gold look is created via electroplating plus a light oxidation stage, producing a subtle, non-uniform patina that’s intentional. Slight color variation from piece to piece is expected and part of the finish’s character.

• Heavy metal body designed for long-term use
• Electroplated brushed-gold finish with natural variation
• Removable insert avoids adhesive failure common to cheap rings

How easy is it to install and maintain these rings?

Installation is straightforward: press the nylon insert into the ring (it may have shifted during shipping), slide rings onto the rod, then attach clips or pin hooks through the eyelet. Maintenance is minimal — reseat or replace inserts if they move, and wipe metal surfaces with a soft cloth to preserve the finish. For smoother operation, a tiny amount of petroleum jelly along the rod helps without harming the rings.

• Insert may need a quick press after shipping
• Use pin hooks or removable clips through eyelet for hanging
• Wipe clean and apply minimal rod lubricant if desired
