BLACK+DECKER PowerCrush 700W Multi-Function Blender — 6‑Cup Glass Jar, QuadPro 4‑Tip Blade, 4 Speeds

This compact but powerful countertop blender blends, crushes, and purees with a stainless steel 4-tip QuadPro blade and a heavy glass jar designed for easy pouring. The intuitive four-speed controls (low, high, low pulse, high pulse) let you dial in texture from silky smoothies to coarse crumbs, while dishwasher-safe removable parts make cleanup simple. Peak power reaches 700W for short bursts to tackle tough ingredients; the blender operates at a lower continuous wattage for normal use.

How well does it crush ice and frozen fruit?

The 700W peak motor and QuadPro blade create a strong vortex that pulls ice and frozen fruit toward the blades for thorough crushing. Short high-power bursts break up large pieces quickly while pulse modes give you control over chunkiness.

• QuadPro 4-tip stainless steel blade designed to create consistent flow
• High and high-pulse settings for heavy-duty crushing
• Glass jar resists clouding from cold ingredients

Can I use it for hot soups, purees, or making crumbs?

Yes — the PowerCrush handles a range of tasks from warm purees to turning bread or cookies into crumbs. The thick 6-cup glass jar tolerates hot contents better than plastic, and the blade geometry supports both fine purees and coarser textures.

• 6-cup PerfectPour glass jar for soups and larger batches
• Blade shape supports both smooth purees and crumb textures
• Four speeds let you transition from gentle blending to aggressive processing

How easy is cleanup and storage?

Cleanup is straightforward: the removable jar, lid, and blade are dishwasher-safe, and the blender offers an "Easy Clean" function that uses blade motion to dislodge stuck food. The compact base and classic glass jar make storage on the counter attractive without taking up excessive space.

• Dishwasher-safe jar, blade, and lid for fast cleanup
• Easy Clean blade motion loosens residue before washing
• Sturdy glass jar stores neatly and resists staining

What controls and features help me get consistent results?

Four clear buttons — low, high, low pulse, and high pulse — provide precise control over texture and blending time, while the QuadPro blade and jar shape create a constant vortex to funnel ingredients to the blades. The molded pour spout helps serve without spills.

• Four easy-to-use speed settings for repeatable textures
• Jar and spout designed for drip-free pouring
• Peak 700W power for brief heavy-duty blending needs
