BLACK+DECKER handheld vacuum dustbuster HHVI320JR02 — Cordless 12V, Rotating Nozzle & Extendable Crevice Tool

The BLACK+DECKER HHVI320JR02 dustbuster is a lightweight, cordless 12V handheld vacuum with a rotating nozzle, extendable crevice tool, and washable 20.6 oz dirt bowl for quick spot cleaning at home, in vehicles, or on boats.

Compact and rechargeable, this BLACK+DECKER handheld vacuum combines cyclonic suction, a translucent bagless bowl, and multiple tools to handle crumbs, pet hair, and debris where a full-size vacuum can’t reach. Its lithium-based battery chemistry and 2.0Ah capacity deliver practical runtime for intermittent cleaning tasks, while the washable filter and see-through bowl simplify maintenance. The design favors portability—lightweight housing, a wall mount for storage, and a convenient jack-plug charger make this dustbuster easy to keep charged and ready.

How does the rotating nozzle make cleaning awkward spaces easier?

The rotating nozzle allows you to change the vacuum’s angle for comfortable hand positioning when reaching under seats, around consoles, or behind fixtures. Instead of twisting your wrist, rotate the front to keep your arm in a natural posture and access tight corners more quickly.

• Rotates to multiple positions for improved reach and ergonomics
• Makes overhead, under-seat, and confined-area cleaning simpler
• Reduces strain compared with a fixed straight nozzle

What attachments come with the HHVI320JR02 and what do they do?

This model includes an extendable crevice tool and a flip-up brush that expand its versatility from narrow gaps to upholstery. The crevice tool telescopes to reach deep seams and tight joints, while the brush lifts dust from fabric surfaces for a gentler clean.

• Extendable crevice tool reaches deep into seat tracks and between cushions
• Flip-up brush dusts and agitates upholstery and fabric for better pickup
• Wall mount stores the unit neatly and keeps accessories accessible

How does the vacuum maintain suction and simplify cleanup?

Cyclonic action spins debris away from the filter to preserve suction over longer runs, while a translucent, bagless dirt bowl shows when it’s time to empty. Both the bowl (20.6 oz capacity) and the filter are washable, reducing replacement costs and making post-cleaning maintenance straightforward.

• Cyclonic airflow helps prevent filter clogging and loss of suction
• 20.6 oz translucent bowl for visible dirt level and easy emptying
• Washable filter and bowl reduce consumable spending and waste

What are the battery and performance specifics I should expect?

The dustbuster uses a 10.8V (commonly referred to as 12V class) battery with a 2.0Ah capacity that balances suction and runtime for spot tasks. Measured suction is approximately 16 AW; charging with the included jack plug charger takes about 13.5 hours, so it’s best recharged between cleaning sessions.

• Power rating: 10.8 Volt (12V class) with 2.0Ah battery capacity
• Suction power around 16 AW for common debris pickup
• Approximate full recharge time: 13.5 hours using included charger

Who is this for? The BLACK+DECKER HHVI320JR02 is ideal for renters, drivers, pet owners, and boat or RV owners who need a portable, no-fuss vacuum for spot cleaning. It fits households that want an affordable, easy-to-store tool for quick pickups—crumbs, quick spills, pet hair, and tight-space debris—without hauling a full-size vacuum. If you want straightforward cordless convenience, washable components, and tools for both narrow gaps and upholstery, this dustbuster is a practical, space-saving choice.
