Bissell Featherweight Stick Vacuum — Lightweight Bagless 3-in-1, Blue, Corded Handheld

The Bissell 2033 Featherweight is an ultra-lightweight, corded three-in-one stick vacuum that converts to a handheld unit for easy cleaning of floors, stairs, upholstery and tight spaces.

Compact and simple to store, this blue Bissell electric broom combines everyday suction power with a bagless dirt cup for quick pickups on sealed hard floors, low-pile rugs and carpeted stairs. With a 2 amp motor, 15-foot power cord and 0.67 liter transparent dirt cup, it’s designed for short, effective cleaning sessions without relying on batteries.

How does the three-in-one design help my cleaning routine?

The convertible design lets you switch from an upright stick to a handheld vacuum or a stair tool in seconds, so you can tackle floors, furniture and tight crevices without multiple appliances. It streamlines chores and reduces storage needs compared with separate devices.

• Converts from stick to hand vacuum for spot cleaning.
• Includes a crevice tool for corners, seams and baseboards.
• Floor nozzle optimized for stairs and small rugs.

Is it truly lightweight and easy to carry around the house?

Yes — weighing under four pounds, this model is designed to be carried between rooms and lifted onto stairs without strain. Its compact frame fits into closets and small storage spaces, making it a good choice for apartments, dorms and busy households.

• Weighs less than 4 pounds for easy portability.
• Slim profile stores upright or in tight closets.
• Suitable for quick daily touch-ups and small living spaces.

What surfaces and messes can it handle effectively?

The Featherweight 2033 is engineered to pick up surface debris from sealed hard floors, low-pile carpets and area rugs, as well as to clean upholstery and stairs when used in handheld mode. It’s best for everyday crumbs, pet hair on rugs and routine maintenance rather than deep-cleaning thick carpets.

• Works on sealed hardwood, tile, low-pile carpet and rugs.
• Handheld mode cleans upholstery, stairs and car interiors.
• Powerful for quick pickups; not intended as a full deep-clean replacement.

How do I maintain suction and keep the vacuum working?

Regularly empty the transparent 0.67 L dirt cup and check the filter for clogs, dampness or misalignment; these are the most common causes of weak suction or dust from the vent. The corded design eliminates battery concerns, but always inspect the power cord and outlet if the unit won’t start.

• Empty dirt cup when full and rinse if instructed by manual.
• Inspect and clean the filter to prevent airflow blockage.
• Verify the power cord is fully plugged in and check household fuses or breakers if it won’t run.

Who is this for? The Bissell Featherweight 2033 is ideal for people who need a lightweight, affordable solution for everyday tidying: apartment residents, students, small households, pet owners managing surface hair, or anyone wanting a compact vacuum for stairs, upholstery and quick pickups. If you need a powerful upright for deep-cleaning thick carpets, consider a larger model; for fast, convenient maintenance and easy storage, this Featherweight is a practical choice.
