BeOkay 1657ML Dehumidifier 58oz for Home — 230 ft² Coverage, Low-Noise Sleep Mode & 10 LED Colors

BeOkay 1657ML dehumidifier is a compact, low-noise home dehumidifier with a 58 oz tank, three operating modes, programmable timers and 10 ambient light colors for spaces up to 230 ft².

This unit is designed to control humidity in small to medium enclosed rooms—bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, RVs and laundry corners—without frequent emptying or loud fans. Its semiconductor (thermoelectric) system removes moisture efficiently, stores water in a 1657 ml (58 oz) removable tank and stops automatically when the tank is full or displaced. Built-in safety features including defrosting and auto shut-off protect the device and your home while the quiet sleep mode keeps noise under 40 dB.

How much space can this dehumidifier cover effectively?

The BeOkay 1657ML is sized for areas up to about 230 square feet, making it suitable for single rooms or enclosed zones. It’s not intended for large open-plan areas or whole-house dehumidification but performs well in targeted spots where excess moisture accumulates.

• Capacity: 1657 ml (58 oz) water tank reduces emptying frequency
• Recommended coverage: up to 230 ft² (bathrooms, bedrooms, small basements)
• Best use: enclosed, well-defined spaces rather than large open rooms

What safety and maintenance features protect the unit and my home?

This model includes automatic protections to prevent overflow, freezing and accidental operation. The defrosting system clears frost from the semiconductor, and the unit halts automatically if the tank is full, removed, tilted or tipped. Visual alerts make it easy to spot issues quickly.

• Auto shut-off when tank reaches capacity or is removed
• Defrost function prevents semiconductor frost build-up
• Tilt/fall detection triggers a red warning light and stops operation

How loud is it and what operating modes are available?

Noise levels are kept low, especially in sleep mode, so the unit won’t disturb nighttime rest. You can choose between Sleep, Normal and Performance modes to balance quiet operation and moisture removal speed depending on conditions.

• Sleep mode: under 40 dB—suitable for bedrooms
• Normal mode: standard day-to-day moisture control
• Performance mode: higher extraction rate for damp situations

How flexible are timer and lighting options for daily use?

Ten color LED night-light settings and five timer options let you personalize both ambiance and runtime to save energy. Timers range from single-day cycles to continuous operation so you can match the schedule to your routine or leave it running when needed.

• 10 ambient colors to match room decor or act as a night light
• Timer choices: 24, 48, 72, 96 hours or continuous operation
• Clear removable tank lets you monitor water level at a glance

Who is this for: The BeOkay 1657ML is ideal for people who need a quiet, easy-to-use dehumidifier for single rooms—sleepers who value low noise, apartment dwellers with limited space, homeowners aiming to reduce bathroom or closet dampness, RV owners, and anyone wanting simple safety features and low maintenance. It’s an accessible, modestly powerful option when you want targeted humidity control without the size or complexity of large units.
