Battle Premium Football Back Plate for Adults, White/Black — Hard Shell with High-Impact Foam, Curved Fit

Battle Premium Football Back Plate is a hard-shell, curved back protector with high-impact foam that secures to shoulder pads for added spinal and lower-back coverage.

Built for collision sports where extra rear protection matters, this adult-sized back plate combines a glossy, hard outer shell with contoured foam inside to disperse energy while remaining comfortable under pads. It ships with the mounting hardware you need for a quick install and comes in a white-and-black finish that pairs with most team kits.

How does the Battle back plate protect during tackles and falls?

The design layers a rigid exterior with a high-impact foam interior so impacts are spread across the plate while the foam cushions and reduces peak force. Its curved shape follows your spine to distribute energy rather than concentrating it on one spot.

• Hard outer shell for impact distribution and abrasion resistance
• High-impact foam interior for shock attenuation and comfort
• Curved profile reduces localized pressure on the lower back
• Gloss finish resists scuffs and cleans easily after use

Will this back plate fit my adult shoulder pads and how easy is installation?

The Battle back plate is built with a universal-fit philosophy to work with a wide range of adult shoulder pad designs and sizes. Hardware is included so you can attach it securely without buying additional parts, and the plate’s mounting points align with standard pad configurations.

• Universal sizing for most adult shoulder pads
• Included screws and fasteners for immediate installation
• Low-profile attachment points to avoid rubbing under pads
• Instructions are straightforward for quick field-ready setup

How comfortable is the back plate during full practices and games?

Comfort comes from the contoured foam interior that conforms to the athlete’s shape while maintaining protective density. The curved design reduces pressure points and the plate’s slim profile slides under pads without altering mobility.

• Contoured foam balances protection with day-long wear comfort
• Curved shape follows the back for natural movement
• Slim, streamlined profile minimizes interference with pad fit
• High-gloss finish allows easy cleaning between sessions

What styling and durability features should teams expect?

The Battle back plate comes in a white/black glossy finish that looks sharp under shoulder pads or when used in open-back pad setups. Its outer shell resists scratches and the foam holds shape after repeated impacts, delivering season-long durability.

• High-gloss finish for a professional visual and easy maintenance
• Durable shell that stands up to repeated contact and abrasion
• Multiple design options available for team customization
• Built to retain protective properties over extended use
