How quickly will this gel provide energy during my run?

BPN Go Gel Endurance is formulated for rapid absorption so you feel energy soon after consumption. The 24g of carbohydrates are a blend optimized for fast gastric emptying, and the compact 100-calorie portion helps refuel without stomach discomfort. The packet is easy to squeeze so you can feed yourself on the move.

• 24g carbohydrates per sachet for fast fuel delivery
• 100 calories to top up glycogen without heavy volume
• Easy-squeeze single-serve packaging for mid-run use

What does the added caffeine do and when should I use it?

Each BPN Go Gel Endurance packet contains 75mg of caffeine to support alertness and perceived exertion during longer efforts. Use it when you need a mid-race pick-me-up, during long training runs, or in the later stages of an event when focus matters most. Timing depends on your tolerance; many athletes take one in the middle of longer sessions or before a late-race push.

• 75mg caffeine per packet for a moderate energy lift
• Useful in long runs, tempo efforts, or late-race surges
• Combine with hydration strategy to maintain electrolyte balance

Will this gel support hydration and cramp prevention?

BPN Go Gel Endurance includes electrolytes to help replenish minerals lost through sweat and to reduce the risk of cramping when paired with fluids. The electrolytes are combined with the carbohydrate matrix to make this product a convenient mid-workout option. It’s not a full electrolyte drink replacement, but it helps maintain balance between sips of water or an electrolyte beverage.

• Contains essential electrolytes to complement hydration
• Works best when used alongside regular fluid intake
• Formulated to reduce gastric upset common with denser fuels

Are the ingredients clean and suitable for dietary restrictions?

BPN Go Gel Endurance is vegan and gluten free, made with carefully selected natural ingredients aimed at clean fueling. The recipe avoids animal products and gluten-containing grains, making it suitable for many dietary preferences. Always check the ingredient list if you have severe allergies or specific intolerances.

• Vegan and gluten-free formulation
• Natural-flavored mixed berry option with no artificial flavors
• Single-serve packs reduce cross-contamination risk during use

Who is this for? BPN Go Gel Endurance is aimed at runners, cyclists and endurance athletes who need a portable, quick-release carbohydrate source with an added caffeine lift. It’s suited to those seeking a clean ingredient list, simple portion control, and an easy-to-open sachet for fueling on the move. Choose this product if you want a mid-session energy top-up, electrolyte support between drinks, and a vegan, gluten-free option that fits race-day and training routines.
