Avery Flexible Printable Name Tags 2-1/3" x 3-3/8" Matte White — 400 Removable, Inkjet/Laser Compatible

These Avery 5395 name badges are designed to stay flat and flexible on clothing while offering the convenience of on-demand printing. Each matte-white sticker is easy to personalize by hand or with Avery's online templates, and the Peel-Away sheets speed up prep by letting you separate tags without removing the backing until you're ready to apply them. The removable adhesive holds through an event yet releases cleanly from many fabrics, making these badges a go-to for meetings, classrooms, reunions and large-scale events.

How do these name tags stay comfortable on clothing?

The flexible backing and matte face allow the badge to move with the fabric so it doesn’t curl or stiffen during wear. That reduces snagging and keeps names readable for longer. They are not intended for delicate surfaces like silk or leather.

• Thin, flexible construction conforms to fabric movement
• Matte finish reduces glare for better legibility
• Removable adhesive resists curling and lifting during events

Can I print these badges with my home or office printer?

Yes — these sheets are compatible with both inkjet and laser printers and work with Avery Design & Print templates for quick customization. The printable surface accepts logos, names, and titles with crisp results when you choose the proper print settings. For best output, run a test sheet and select the appropriate paper/media setting for labels.

• Works with inkjet and laser printers
• Use Avery Design & Print Online for ready-made templates
• Run a test print to confirm alignment and color settings

What makes the Peel-Away system helpful when preparing badges?

The Peel-Away design lets you separate individual name tags from the 8.5" x 11" sheet while keeping each backing intact, so tags remain protected until application. This speeds event prep, reduces handling, and prevents accidental peeling or contamination. It’s especially handy when prepping large batches for conferences or school events.

• Separate single badges without removing backing paper
• Protects printed surface until ready to wear
• Saves time when preparing hundreds of badges

Are these badges reusable or suitable for special materials?

The adhesive is removable from many fabrics but not designed for repeated reattachment or very delicate materials. Badges stick well for single-event use; for delicate fabrics like silk, leather, suede, or vinyl, avoid applying directly. You can repurpose unused printed badges until the adhesive is disturbed.

• Removable adhesive but not intended for delicate fabrics
• Best for single-event wear rather than repeated reuse
• Works well on shirts, sweaters, jackets and most textiles
