AUVON LED Plug-In Backlit Night Light 4-Pack — Motion & Dusk-to-Dawn, 5-Step Dimming

AUVON's plug-in LED backlit night light is a compact, motion- and dusk-to-dawn activated lamp that produces soft, diffuse illumination and five-step dimming for safe, low-glare nighttime lighting.

These AUVON night lights combine motion sensing and ambient-light detection to turn on only when needed, preserving energy while guiding your way. The backlit design reflects light off the wall to create a gentle glow rather than a harsh beam, and the low-profile plug leaves the second outlet available for other devices. With adjustable brightness and built-in safety features, this 4-pack is intended for corridors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, nurseries, and other places where subtle illumination matters.

How does the motion sensor help on late-night trips?

The motion sensor detects movement within 3–5 meters and a 120° range, activating the light automatically when the room is dark. It stays on for 60 seconds after the last detected motion, then switches off to save power.

• Automatic activation only in low light to avoid unnecessary on-time
• Sensing range: approximately 3–5 meters and 120° angle
• Auto-off after 60 seconds of no motion

Can I leave the night light on all night and still control brightness?

Yes — the AUVON night light supports five-step short-press dimming and stepless long-press adjustment across roughly 1–50 lumens. It remembers the last brightness level when continuously powered, so you don’t need to reset it every night.

• Five-step quick dimming via short presses
• Stepless long-press dimming for fine-tuned light levels
• Memory holds last setting while powered

What prevents the light from glowing during the day?

The dusk-to-dawn sensor measures ambient light and keeps the lamp off in bright conditions. In NIGHT mode the sensor automatically turns the light on at night and off when daylight returns, so it won’t operate unnecessarily during daytime.

• Dusk-to-dawn sensor reads room light levels continuously
• Auto-on in darkness, auto-off in bright environments
• Selectable AUTO or NIGHT modes for tailored behavior

Is the design safe for household use and does it block the second outlet?

AUVON built these night lights with fire-resistant V-0 casing and over-current protection for safer continuous use. Their compact form factor preserves the second outlet on typical two-plug wall sockets, making them practical for use near beds, in hallways, or by kitchen counters.

• V-0 fire-resistant housing for enhanced safety
• Over-current protection to reduce electrical risk
• Slim plug design leaves adjacent outlet accessible

Who is this for: The AUVON Plug-in LED Backlit Night Light 4-Pack is aimed at households that need unobtrusive, energy-conscious lighting for nighttime navigation — families with children, older adults, or anyone sensitive to bright light who prefers a soft, evenly diffused glow. It's suitable for entryways, bathrooms, bedrooms, nurseries, and kitchens where an automatic, low-profile light makes moving around safer and easier without disturbing sleep.
