AUGO Magnetic Screen Door for 36" x 80" Doorway — 38 x 81 Heavy-Duty Self-Sealing Mesh with Full-Length Magnets and Keep-Open Snap

The AUGO Magnetic Screen Door is a 38" x 81" hands-free, heavy-duty mesh panel that seals itself with full-length magnets to keep insects out while letting fresh air in.

This magnetic screen is made to fit a 36" x 80" doorway and installs quickly with included hook-and-loop tape and push pins. Built from durable polyester mesh with magnets running the full length of the closure and reinforced attachment around the frame, it balances airflow, visibility, and a reliable seal. A patent-pending snap system also lets you secure the sides open when you want uninterrupted passage during gatherings or high traffic times.

How does installation work and what tools do I need?

Setup is straightforward and designed for a no-drill approach on most door frames. Clean and dry the surface first, attach the included full-frame hook-and-loop tape, align the screen, then press to adhere and secure extra push pins where needed for added strength.

• What’s included: full-frame hook-and-loop tape, push pins, and the mesh panel.
• Time: typical install takes under 15 minutes for one person.
• Tools: usually none required; scissors may help trim excess tape.

Will this screen keep bugs out while letting air flow through?

The heavy-duty polyester mesh provides a fine barrier that repels mosquitoes, flies, and other common pests while allowing steady ventilation. The magnets run the entire length of the opening, creating a continuous seal rather than intermittent closures.

• Full-length magnets ensure the screen snaps closed after each passage.
• Breathable mesh promotes airflow and natural light entry.
• Durable weave resists everyday wear from wind and frequent use.

Is the screen suitable for families with pets or small children?

Yes — the mesh is strong enough to withstand repeated use but light enough for kids and small pets to push through without hands. The magnetic closure closes automatically behind them, reducing the chance of leaving the doorway open to insects.

• Durable polyester resists tearing from regular pet and child traffic.
• Hands-free entry helps when carrying items or holding children.
• Snaps allow you to keep the screen secured open during gatherings.

How does the patent-pending keep-open feature help during events?

The integrated snaps let you fasten the sides to the frame so the mesh stays open when you need an unobstructed doorway. This is useful for parties, moving items in and out, or times when constant passage would defeat the magnetic closure.

• Snaps hold each side neatly against the frame for a clear entry path.
• Easy to engage and release for flexible use.
• Keeps the mesh tidy and out of the way during heavy traffic periods.

Who is this for? The AUGO Magnetic Screen Door is a practical choice for homeowners, renters, and outdoor entertainers who want simple, tool-free insect protection for a standard 36" x 80" doorway. It fits front doors, back doors, sliding entries with frames, and storm doors where you want fresh air without pests, and it’s especially handy for families with small children or pets who pass through frequently. Remember to measure your door opening (excluding the frame) before ordering to ensure the proper fit.
