Art Vista Watercolor Paint Set 100 Colors — Metal Case Travel Kit with Brushes & Metallics

Art Vista's Watercolor Paint Set is a compact kit of 100 easily activated, richly pigmented watercolor shades—regular, metallic, fluorescent, and pastel—packed with brushes and travel-ready in a sturdy metal case.

If you want one comprehensive watercolor collection that spans everyday tones, eye-catching metallics, bright fluorescents, and soft candy pastels, this kit puts them all together. The set includes carefully selected pigments designed to rehydrate smoothly, blend well, and hold vibrancy on paper. It also comes with a small tool kit—brush pens, brushes, a sponge, and a swatch card—so you can start painting right away, whether at home or on the go.

What colors and special effects are included?

The box contains 100 distinct colors arranged to cover typical artistic needs plus specialty finishes. You'll find standard hues for mixing, 35 metallic shades for shimmer, 5 fluorescent tones for bold highlights, and 10 candy-like pastels for gentle washes. This breadth reduces the need to mix frequently and saves time when you need a precise shade.

• 50 regular pigments for everyday mixing and washes
• 35 metallic paints for reflective, luminous strokes
• 5 fluorescent colors for neon accents and modern effects
• 10 pastel/candy hues for delicate gradients and soft backgrounds

How portable and durable is the kit for travel painting?

The set is built into a slim metal case that keeps pans secure and easy to carry, so it’s suited to plein-air painting, sketchbook sessions, or packed art travel. The compact dimensions make it bag-friendly while the metal shell protects pans from bumps. Everything nests inside the case to reduce loose parts and make setup fast.

• Sturdy metal case for protection during transit
• Compact footprint designed to fit into backpacks or tote bags
• Internal layout that keeps pans and tools organized

What brushes and accessories come with the set?

The kit includes multiple brush tools to handle detail, washes, and blending: three watercolor brush pens for flexible strokes, two traditional paint brushes for varied line widths, an art sponge for texture and corrections, and a swatch card for color reference. These accessories let you experiment with techniques right away without having to buy extras.

• 3 brush pens for controlled water and pigment flow
• 2 regular brushes for traditional brushwork and washes
• 1 sponge for softening edges and creating texture
• 1 swatch card to map and plan color choices

Are these paints safe and easy to use for beginners?

The paints are formulated to be non-toxic and meet common safety standards, making them suitable for hobbyists and classroom use. Pigments are designed to dissolve reliably with water, so new painters can achieve predictable results while practicing mixing and layering techniques. While not intended as a professional archival guarantee, their formulation supports learning and repeatable effects.

• Non-toxic pigments compliant with safety guidelines
• Good rehydration and working properties for smooth application
• Convenient set-up for learners and casual painters

Who is this for? Artists who want a versatile, all-in-one watercolor collection will appreciate this set: beginners who prefer ready-made choices rather than mixing every shade; hobbyists seeking specialty metallics and fluorescents; travelers who need a protective, compact kit; and students or craftmakers needing a wide palette for varied projects. If you value convenience, a broad color range, and tools that let you paint immediately, this Art Vista set is designed to be a practical, inspiring companion.
